Quality of the headcount is sinking here
Is it me or does every yr bring worse and worse headcount. Next to no skills, no banking exp, and no work effort. Worse there's zero creatime talent here for big breakthroughs, it's like a bunch of washed up golden oldies and people offshore.

Question for people here..If you're moved into a so called "center of excellence" is that where you go to die? I was put into one of these. I have other job opportunities outside, but would lose my package.

I recently spoke with some of the cleaning crew at the Barnhart center and they told me that they were informed by their boss that Barnhart will be closed in November and would be the end of the current contract with that building.
