RCSA volunteers?

How do they select people for RCSA assignments? I see a few job postings for RCSA in Controls but hear that people outside of that area are forced to give up their regular jobs to work on it. Anybody have info?

New RTO Issue

It seems that too many of you guys are going into locations not identified as your 'home' location and are causing shortages of seats for those that should be in that location. Reporting will soon find you out and access to the 'non-home' location... — read more

Change your approach to job search

I didn't even think twice about my salary when I decided to leave my old job at WFC. I knew I wanted out and that I wanted to find something more interesting and challenging that would allow me to explore different aspects of my field. I admit... — read more

Wf employees used to be prioritized for open roles

Qualified WF active or displaced employees should be considered for open roles before external candidates. That's the way it used to be, but it doesn't seem to be any more. Does anyone know the hiring guidelines and practices now?

Dr. Bert Call today

Did anyone attend? The guy is getting 1 million salary likely to do like 4 of these per year.

A Video Message from Tracy Kerrins

Not much info shared. Built applications in the utilities industry, found her way into technology, been at WF for a little over 3 years. I guess we're in good hands.

RTO or else what?

Anyone seen this happen to others or in the know? Were they let go or were they fired?

Single Queue program to eliminate tellers

Well, this should be interesting. No tellers at select branches. Wait till customers have to sit for an hour waiting for a banker, just to do a simple transaction that exceeds online and Atm limits.

Commercial Real Estate, uh oh

It's coming folks, the next great financial crisis. Cracks are forming all over the place and it's just a matter of time before people realize they are throwing good money after bad. It's the next toxic asset and it will royally F banks. The elites... — read more

Townhall was a complete waste of time

Hiring Freeze in Finance

Hiring people you know?

Chuckie's CEO Townhall

Good Grief...he is a TERRIBLE speaker! You'd think as a CEO of a large corporation he'd have gone through toastmasters or something to be able to recognize that you don't say "aaahhhh" or "ummm" to fill gaps in your talks. Instilling confidence in... — read more

Town Hall...a real view point

The way CS communicates comes across as patronizing and condescending. His comments that he wonders who shows up to the shareholder meeting and he prepares for it like it's a hearing tells me he has no respect for the shareholders. And he shared no... — read more

Eligible for rehire?

If a person leaves and only gives a week and a half notice are you eligible for rehire? I doubt I ever would but do not want to burn a bridge. The policy on hr service now is vague. Thanks.

Regrets

Does anyone know anybody who left in the last couple of years (both voluntary and involuntary) who regrets leaving WF? The few I know are glad to be out.
