Retiring vs 401k match?

I plan to retire around mid-year. Does anyone know if WF will do the 401k match in this situation. I'm torn between "retiring" and just "quitting". Thanks.

Wells Fargo is circling the drain

A bunch of corrupt execs drove this company in the ground. Not Elizabeth Warren. It was always the ever-criming, entitled, deceitful b@st@rds at the top.

Internal promotion

If your manager told you will get promotion for next level position after year end review, how much is it true cause I have only been with WF for a little over one year.

Raises

It is getting close to the middle of Jan. When will we find out what our raise will be? Not interested in when it goes into effect just want to know what it will be.

RTO Reporting - Hours in Office

Does anyone know if RTO reporting will include number of hours worked in the office? If so, is that something that will be a factor, or is the primary focus just on getting people in 3 days a week?

CIB Operational Risk Team

Does anyone have any intel on this team? I have heard that this team is relatively new (approx 70 people) and they are looking to grow. However, based on my internal research it seems like this team is staffed up heavily to help with the RCSA effort... — read more

It's happening all over the place

This board…..this bank……wow.

I’ve compared this WF board vs. other banks, this is the worst. No doubt. Foul mouthed, malicious ill will, poor attitude, mismanaged both company and personnel. This company and its people has a long way to go to both grow and mature. Maybe in... — read more

RTO Don't ask Don't tell

Bonus Targets, Thing of the past?

I know bonus targets aren’t supposed to be used anymore; even so does anyone know if this year’s bonuses will be relative to what they were in the past? I know bonus was a factor for many of us when we accepted our roles.

Negotiating bonus and raise? Is it possible?

So one on one meetings are occurring within the next few weeks, has a team member ever been successful in requesting a larger bonus and/or higher raise? Or once it’s done it’s done, just accept and move on?
