🎵 On the first day of RTO, my true Schart gave to me, _______________________!
Their strategy is working
I know that RTO and the constant threat of layoffs are specifically aimed at getting people to quit but I don't care anymore. I'm ready to throw in the towel. I guess their strategy worked on me. My anxiety is through the roof and I'm tired of it. As... — read more
Being told to RTO by people working from home
Funny how we get told that being in the office is necessary for collaborating when so many leaders work from their home office and I’m not just talking about the c-suite. So I have to bust my a-s commuting, pay for parking/gas/car and fill in for... — read more
What happened to phone numbers?
I noticed that all newer hires have their phone numbers listed as (999)999-9999 in the directory. Also have noticed some of these employees using their personal cell phone lines to conduct business. Is the company so cheap that they won’t even... — read more
Health care premium increase 2023?
As a WF retiree the past 1.5 years, I am still on Wells healthcare. The HSA plan for spouse and dependents. I was shocked to see a 39% increase in my monthly premiums. No increase to dental. Are active team members seeing these type of increases as... — read more
Holidays apparently no longer count as an "in office" day
We were explicitly told in a meeting today that PTO counts as an "in office" day but holidays do not. I don't know if that's a new policy or if the executive that said it is clueless, but that's what we were told.
Married couple on the same team and same manager
There is a married couple on our team who share the same direct manager. The manager also hired them onto their team. How is this not a policy violation as they have the same direct manager? It's created multiple issues for other employees within the... — read more
Clown Hall Survey?
Don't recall this in the past. Do they really want the truth? Be careful, they know the IP address that responses come from!

Is San Francisco still headquarters
Seems like lots of internal roles don’t have this as a hub location anymore. All of Charlie directs are in NY. Why has the hq not officially moved to NY?
As a Manager, were you asked to meet the Performance Bell Curve’?

Any Chance Of Offer Being Pulled Back For Interns?
I recently signed an offer for the Technology internship at Wells Fargo but after hearing about the unfortunate situation of the layoffs I'm wondering if they'll go for the interns next, what do you think?
Control Org
Heard from a Control Exec recently that the whole control org is overstaffed and there will be a 30% reduction in the next 2 years. Anyone have additional insight into this?
Right?!
It's become a Wells Fargo thing to constantly say "right?!", either mid-sentence, and/or at the end of most sentences. Seems to be mostly upper Midwest employees doing this. I guess parents hear their teenagers talk like this and eventually start... — read more

Why nobody cares about townhalls any more?
What's the reason? People are lethargic, there is no engagement, etc. I think everyone just gave up. Working from home does not help, we are all removed from each other.
