Does Wells payout PTO if someone quits?

For example: I have 20 days PTO for 2022. If I quit tomorrow, will I get 4 months worth of PTO paid on my last paycheck? (20/3 = approximately 6 extra days of pay)

Cuts to contractors and SOWs will happen soon as tech budgets now have issues. Not sure how we can get to May and not have budgets and head counts in good standing. Hope FTEs are not next.
