Losing one employee per week

My team has been losing one employee per week since RTO started. Needless to say, none of them have been replaced yet and we have been forced to cover their work. I admit I'm freaking out a bit right now because if it continues like this, those of us... — read more

I have received contact from recruiters

Every time the job they have to offer is not as good as the one I have with Wells. I am not looking. But if I ever get layed off, I hope this is not some sort of indication of what the job market will be like for me.

‘Pouring gasoline on the fire’

Just another sh!tty move by Wells when the internal sites say: “See how we’re investing in a better future for our communities and our planet.” Despicable! https://stocks.apple.com/ASn8n86BjQIC3ppU0CWERTQ

Wells Fargo stopped severance?

I heard someone tell me this and now I can’t find severance in the employee handbook. I remember this used to be called the team member handbook. Atleast they are being upfront about us not being on a team. What a rotten company. They actually put a... — read more

Workforce Share just means getting fired

If Wells Fargo pulls you into a temporary workforce share assignment take that as a warning that they want you gone no matter what your skill level is or years of service. Find employment elsewhere that will value your contributions, not use you and... — read more

This! A 100% this!

The genie is out of the bottle. Anyone who could do 80%+ of their job remotely isn't going to want a job that requires being in an office. Executive "leadership" can either lead or be late to the party. Yes, we get it. Charlie wants to get rid of... — read more

RTO Enforcement

Has anyone heard anything about how WF is checking RTO attendance and what is the consequence? What happens if you just don't go in?

Progressive or Regressive?

We're all inundated with how virtuous being 'progressive' is. It's all over the media, and we hear about Wells Fargo's progressive efforts all the time. But how does RTO square with progressiveness? The R in RTO is 'return'. As in, go back to how... — read more

They're actually not geriatric at all...

Previous thread comments have characterized the C suite as being geriatric. Understandable, given the outdated RTO push. RTO reeks of someone whose mind is firmly stuck in the 80s or 90s. But a quick Google search reveals that the CEO and COO are... — read more

LinkedIn News - Hybrid work isn't working for many

Boy, if hybrid isn't working, imagine how bad full time RTO will be, considering today most teams in most companies are all located in the same city or building, but across the country, and oftentimes in other countries. "Many businesses have... — read more

Different Work Addresses

Any of you remote workers seeing different work addresses between Team Works People Search and Workday? Theories?

WFA - Core Business ? Why? Sell It!

WFA is supposedly a core business. But why? It is the least profitable division. It has the highest expense ratio. It lags all competition in every growth metric. Fixing it isn’t possible. It’s target market are those that dislike the company the... — read more

Is something larger going on?

I have been noticing this year in particular has increased the trend of a lot of clueless groups and managers who don’t really have any good answers on the overall vision/strategy of the firm. As an example, RTO has been a good example of how... — read more

What does Enterprise Architecture do?

This is a genuine question. I want to learn and I am not trying to provoke. I've asked this within my team and folks are having hard time explaining. I am on the business side. Thank you.

4.4 million workers quit their jobs in February

The Great Resignation is not slowing down. Many of the companies believe those fake polls that claim most of those who had quit regret doing it when it's simply not true. People are not afraid to leave their jobs and the push back to the office is... — read more

We can always rely on technicalities to win!

What is wrong with recruiting?

I am starting to see objectionable trends. Requisitions sitting for months. Managers who cannot make up their mind. I will leave the DEI component out of it. It assume it’s also part of the issue. Keep to topic.

2016 -2019 Sales Scandals - My Opinion

2016-19 sales scandal beat the company down hard. I suspect WF lost tons of clients, opportunities, COI referrals, etc, but nobody noticed. My read is that clients didn’t close accounts, they just took new business elsewhere. New accounts don’t... — read more

Synergy Decreasing

People starting later in the AM to commute Leaving Early to beat the traffic Looking for new work Not caring anymore I would say RTO has destroyed WF. Word is another CO might be on the way. Heard Chucky Silverspoon is planning his exit.

Workday down

Anyone else having issues getting into workday ?

More people are coming in

I was hoping it would go the other way, but it's not. More people today at the office than on the other two Mondays.

Selective RTO

It’s one thing to force the people back to the office but it’s another thing to make a complete circus of that process. If RTO was, as they say inevitable, shouldn't it be applied the same to everybody? When I came in there were only a few people at... — read more

Wells Fargo Levels

What are WF levels? It's confusing and I cannot find it on the web. Interviewing next week.
