Where would you look for a job outside banking?

WF didn't organize correctly to take advantage of Agile
Product Managers were put in to try and do that but then we identified products wrong. To make Agile work we have to be tech organized along true products and services like car loans and brokerage accounts or customer connections and branch... — read more

Enough of hard labor for peanuts, I think I have enough experience and skill to start something meaningful. What would be the best age to start a business? 20s, 30s, later??? What age would you pick and why?
Office politics consumes half of a work day and all the energy
Why would mgmt allow that cr-p to go on? Because they too have nothing better to do?
Quiet Quitting playbook

I’ve figured 3-5 years is max one should stay with WF

Early Retirement
WF needs to come up with an incentive for those who qualify for retirement but are not at retirement age. That would clear out so many people and the company would unload cost of long tenured employees who probably hate their job anyway.
