What formula is Hal using to compute severance packages for RIF’d employees?

Are the layoffs over in Technology building? When are they going to replace those highly paid dead weights removed for cheaper, creative, energized younger minds? It happened last time.

How many frac crews have been put down this year? Have they been cutting in other PSL's yet?

HR insider told me that they are not done yet. They just don’t have enough HR personnel to complete them all as fast as they would like. Severance is lamentable - 1 week per year of service is a joke!
