@af if you got vsp you wousknt be laid off sooner.
Sunshine’s CEO reported on a prerecorded touch base that layoffs were still on the table and that they would know more closer to mid August.
But didn't they meet target? I read somewhere 1,200 employees already left the company.
Who's targeted? People whose been with the company for 2 + years or not? Also, what is you did not receive a VSP offer? I was contract for 3 years than hired permanent Dec. 2024. Are they going for the ones that make more or less.

The employees who wanted to stay, might get laid off in August 2026. But, some who took VSP are staying until end of 2027. Well isn't that nice.
I took the VSP and got a deferred date - tbh I’m praying to be laid off instead because I don’t know if I can tolerate the corporate BS anymore.
In Sarah's 6/16 London Calling video at the 5:14 mark she references early August for the additional restructuring.
I do know that after vsp if the numbers weren’t hit the next step is to focus on associates with PIP’s and LCA’s this . This was mentioned if the VSP numbers weren’t hit, we have not received a headcount of those who took it yet . In my dept more took it than expected so they pushed all of them out until March. The is going to give us time to restructure and redirect some roles.
