UK based, rebadged to Cognizant June 1st after finding out late March.
The consultation was nothing more than a box-ticking exercise, many of us still don't have the correct annual leave allowance and there's still no clarity on overtime/ standby payments.
HR on both sides have been useless.
Cognizant themselves have zero interest in who we are or what we do, they're only interested in us completing our timesheets every Friday (presumably so they can bill FIS) and bombarding us with training, mostly AI-related and irrelevant to our roles.
Meanwhile FIS seem to think it's BAU and nothing has changed except the name on our payslip.
In 35 years I've never felt less motivated than I do now.
@OP Don’t know about the UK, but Digital Banking was hit again last Friday. Service delivery across all (D1 Commercial/Dragonfly, D1 Business, CeB/Flex, Mobile) application areas. The bottom is going to be falling out soon.
