Another useless posting.

I think it is fair to say that nobody truly knows the answer to that question. We can all wildly speculate, which is what this site is for apparently. That's the honest answer.
Our leader said ‘I will never say we are done’. At that time I felt conflicted… Appreciate the honesty but was wondering if less honesty is better. After all I want my remaining team morale to not go down the drain.
WFR may continue monthly and quarterly
Allow me to introduce you to a little something that I like to call… a recurring revenue model.
The are basically just two bottlenecks for layoffs
1) HR capacity
2) Local rules and regulations
Basically by the start of every quarter the wheels start turning but since notice periods, laws and the fact the policy is to have a call to do it, the actual end result happens more or less non-stop.
Best joke I have heard in a while, WFR’s are always happening. A co worker once said to me “your next” & he was right.
No
Once ODW is fully deployed and functional mass layoffs will occur. Given the speed and time to ramp ODW we are looking at CY 2030-2031.
LMAO
Look around... I saw this week 3 were let go. In my dept a handful this year.
Despite of allocation of resources for severance in sec form 10q. All under the radar.
September is in the curve. A month were pip and low performer and hr offenders are also let go
@OP We're at Dell, what do you think?
Yes. Feel better?
