Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Great Quarter. Guess Whose Plate Stayed Empty.

Q2 was apparently a great quarter for the company. Great enough to raise the yearly outlook. Leadership made sure to credit us for it.

Remember when the raise was contingent on a good Q2? Yeah. Turns out the goalposts have wheels. Other regions got bumps in Q1. We got a pat on the back and a rerun of 2024's paycheck.

Meanwhile the CEO's total comp for the year lands north of $3.9M. Must be a real coincidence that number moves easier than ours does.

@a2 can you quantify that? id love to have some ammo in my arsenal when i go to my LM with my resignation pertinent to the complete B.S being span by LP and the rest of the exec. Not like me and my colleague helped the biz find over $650k of savings in 2025

It was crazy for LP to announce that merit increases would be announced in August 2026 if the results were good, and the he tells the world the results were good, but no raises. He certainly knew what the results were likely top be when he made that comment. LP even had some of his SLT promising merit increases in August, and listing all sorts of requirements to earn that coveted merit increase. Will be 3 years in 2027 with no raises. By the way, no stock was given this either except to a handful of favs.

LP fronted the Q as being good to Wall Street on the call, but it wasn't. They had a valid point when they said they couldn't afford raises, but that was not the story they peddled to the analysts.

It was not a good quarter, and they made it worse with how they handled the one time windfall from the tariffs rebate.

It was a bad situation, and they made it worse, to CYA and su-k up the hourly for a few more months longer.

"Apparently" based on what? It was another terrible quarter but we still deserve raises. Look for yourself, don't just repeat the message the nitwits are delivering. They have a tenuous relationship with the truth if you haven't noticed.

I was led to believe that Q2 positivity was a farce though on this site. So which one is it? Was it a sham or was it great? If it was a sham as the majority on here say it was then nobody should be surprised about the merit decision. The spin on this site is just as bad as Louie's.

It's only 3.9 million if they don't file CH11 in the next 148 days. If they file before 12/31, his Golden Parachute opens up and he could make 5-7 million depending on when they file and how much is guaranteed comp.

LP could double his income this year by filing CH11.

Let that sink in.
