@pm Honestly just quitting and leaving the company is no punishment for them. Quiet quitting and actually staying seems the best way to punish them
They're trying to push more Sales people out by raising targets to levels of pure insanity. For Sales, they can't do it with RTO threats so they're doing it with laughable targets. It's a joke how Dell treats employees now!
Will this impact company results? If they are setting massive targets for individuals then this rolls up to the company target yes?

Quotas for many sales were given on Friday. I was given a 300+% increase! Went from 14M in first half to over 42M!!! With no changes to my territory. I heard from two others that they got 500% increases!
How is that even legal?!?!? There’s going to be a mass quitting(which is likely what Dell wants) and probable law suits.

@c5 we all know Partners will sell what makes them the most margin. Customers purchasing directly, are now very inquisitive about whether Dell are price gauging. Flip them to the Channel, that customers gone.

@a6 100%. We’re being shaftd, they know we’re unhappy, and they just don’t care. Not my first sales role, never experienced this and can’t imagine the likes of this happens elsewhere. This has been engineered. Whether you’ve overachieved or missed due to their inability to set targets inline with your account base, what ever they present on Q2 numbers will pss off all parties. Additional miserable news, got my H2 target … are they for real 🤬
