Do you think u there’s any chance of a mid year raise this year? I got one around this time last year and was shocked.. maybe because I was way below the old TSR minimum.
I doubt it.. but man we have been doing so much and endured so much BS this year. If we got it, it would help so much with gas, parking, other RTO BS. I’m just desperate.. feeling like a prisoner for Debbie and Bill. Begging them to spare me and give me their scraps.
@q4 seems like the people not paying thousands of extra dollars per year in transportation costs to do the same jobs from home that others are going to outdated offices to do are the smart ones here
Re: gas/parking. I finally did the commuter benefits. Sign up process was clunky and it takes a month to kick in but tax benefit is about $1k/yr.
He might give himself a multi-million dollar raise if that's what you mean
@qs lol for those below TSR? They knowingly lowered TSR of most jobs in the last few months fyi to combat giving people any type of raise
I did hear that mid year adjustments were done for people below TSR. AFAIK, mid year raises are few and far between.
All the people who somehow stay working remote even when they live in a hub will see a mid pay correction. We won’t. That’s who you should be upset with.

Mid year raise yeah good luck. I got my 500 castlight points to buy a pnc branded water bottle for my contributions for this merger and that's more than I expected.
