When does severance package begin if you were told day of notification was your last day? If 9/4, are you being paid through then w/regular pay?

@ap please remind me of the revocation period. I have 9/4 for my exit date, and hope to get my severance by first payday of October as I have a mortgage to pay. TIA.
So there was no difference btwn VSP and ISP. You got four weeks tacked on back end of severance if VSP. If your last day worked was 8/10, you get approx four weeks paid before severance begins.
there’s a difference between last day worked vs. separation date.
you’ll be paid through your separation date and severance will come after when the paperwork is signed and the revocation period has passed.
