For anyone with Humana that is held to certain metrics (which I'd imagine is all roles but I don't know), how many of you weren't even told of them until March-April (which has been typical for many years), then you have your mid year review a couple months later of course. Makes no sense. It's not been right for Humana to do that and ultimately grade us on the entire year when we do not even know the metrics we'll be held to until 2nd quarter. This has affected a lot of people's bonuses year to year, and has caused undue stress and pressure on people. I cannot even count how many of my peers have had stress, depression, nervous breakdowns etc. Now they are grading us differently for end of year this year, and I wonder how that will go. To be held to 95% and greater on metrics for the YEAR and not even know what they will be until 2nd quarter sure sounds like a calculated move. Class action?

Goal ratings
With this new system, and unattainable goals: how can a goal be set if management doesn’t allow you to meet it? It seems like a very complicated way of saying gotcha!
earnings call
did anyone listen to the earnings call? are we really going to have majority migrated to OneTru by EOY and completed fully by mid next year? haven't heard of that internally yet - what happens if we dont make it?
We’re Ranked 567
What can we do about it?
The opt outs?
How long will it be before we know how many have opted out of the crazy and taken the severance package? And then how long before we know how many more will need to be laid off to fulfill the goal set?
Your voice should be interesting!
Kicks off next week. I hear leadership is not going to be as stringent on hitting participation goal numbers. I wonder why! Layoffs, no focal. But don't worry folks, we listen, develop, and take care of our employees...
Anyone know if the company is on target for any of the corporate goals?
Never have I ever saw a company set goals for employees and never offer a glimpse of whether it’s on track to not.
It's great to see the DEI categorized people managers are paid so handsomely well, they can afford a full set of veneers! Mother Met certainly provides! #Goals
Yeah maybe using FD as an example of #goals isn't the best seeing that they were in so much debt that they were bought by fiserv. So I guess more likely it will become so indebted that it gets eaten by a bigger fish and it is a parasite on that company for another 5 years
😘BK would be very attractive even without his monies. His perfectly balanced facial features. Tall height. Not fat not skinny athletic build. Nice down to earth, caring, humble personality. Pleasant voice and demeanor. Cute haircut.
His lucky wife that snatched him while he was still unknown. Bless the couple !! Well she is ivy league educated , smart woman and they've been married a long time with a beautiful family. Both perfect in their own ways and together ! Amazing. Smart people make smart choices in life #goals
Firstly I can't be bimbo with long list of credentials, academic achievements, with established career. U R THE LOSER @-bgf for assuming. Pity you for not planning or $aving for future and now reduced to opening your legs.
Stop hating on BK because he is doing his job of running and saving the company. No company owes an employee anything. Employment at will !
People are crying over job losses as if the company was married to them and made unconditional promise of life time togetherness. What have you done or are doing to improve your employment appeal ? Manage your career by developing upto date skills and knowledge. Be employable outside, if you end up in bad group or your FLM/SLM are intolerable - you don't have to suffer, you can move on to better pastures. You are not obligated to stay any workplace you are unhappy at.
Company loyalty is seen in industry as dead wood. Successful people are able to adapt to change, move within industry and companies... Also try and have life outside (get a hobby, spend time with family/friends, travel, catchup on sleep rest recover, garden, whatever etc) to get better perspective on work that pays for life you are meant to enjoy.
