Shell is exploring potential ownership alternatives .... Multiple options are under consideration.

Topgolf recently laid off hundreds of employees across its U.S. venues. These cuts impacted roles in sales, hospitality, operations, events, and customer experience. The layoffs occurred months after private equity firm Leonard Green acquired majority ownership. This action follows a previous round of 300 job cuts last year. New CEO David McKillips also replaced the company's top technology and marketing executives.

Sounds like a lot of excuses as to why lower earnings isn't our fault.

Maybe someone should tell management to "stay resilient" and take ownership.

Now trading nearly 80% down from ATH… it all but guarantees enough of a reduction in estate tax that TK would retain a majority of voting control.

Could suppressing growth be intentional to lessen estate tax such that majority voting control is retained by swoosh LLC?

Hudson Regional Health issued layoff notices to nearly 1,000 workers. These notices affect employees at Bayonne University Hospital. The layoffs are effective starting June 29. A company spokesman stated the notices are procedural. They are tied to an ownership and license transfer.

Anyone want to take a guess at who will take control after the company is run into the ground?

The execs are horsesh-t. They can make a decision but they can’t stand by it. They have no ba--s when they make a mistake and refuse to take ownership. Then they pay gazillions to consultants to make decisions for them. They aren’t worth a tenth of their salary if all they do is transfer that responsibility. The result is us worker bees working triple hours while not being recognized. The execs are wirthlesss.

Maybe it is time to find another job, I recommend it for many to save your mental health and not be stuck in a layoff.

Remember you’re the one who dressed up for the interview. You’re the one who said you wanted this opportunity. You accepted the offer, and you keep showing up every day. So maybe—just maybe—“they” aren’t the problem. At some point, you have to stop pointing fingers and start owning the choices that put you here. If you don’t like where you are, change it. But pretending this is someone else’s fault isn’t going to fix anything.
