I read here about people who were cut, but I can't figure out which departments were affected. I'm safe for now but I intend to leave anyway.

What makes sr. management so clueless to the outside world? Some of the folks who have grown old with oracle have no concept of what other companies are doing and why it works better. Oracle treats their customers like hostages.

How does Oracle enable monitoring of employees? Do they track keystrokes? online time? mouse movement? do they turn on microphone or webcam? (these two seem like a serious invasion of privacy!)
