Has anyone heard if/when they might get rid of the hybrid schedule and make us return to office? Wondering if there would be any flexibility with how many days are required or if it would be up to the department head

I heard from a colleague that there would be a townhall after the merger close. They didn’t have a date they could share but they know it’s being worked on. I’m curious if anyone here has heard anything about when this townhall might happen?
