Heard IT planned April layoffs are pushed to first week of May?

Happening today. Notifications in the Public Sector. Really insane. Thought we are the most protected. I guess not!!!!

Received my walking papers. T-Life team / Kevin Lau org. Was told 400 people in Jeff Simon org being notified today.

Or are they doing it silent

Not sure if this is me or a catch of three RSU’s issued 2025 in stocks only , had to sell at market value 1-3 immediately. Please check your RSU’s. The third is a gotcha , please check and sell if you want the cash.

For me , two were available for cash, the third was issued in stocks with no notification, just sold at $50…..if you dont do anything, they play games !

For those of you that were RIF’d or know someone that was, when do they send the meeting invite to let you know?

I keep getting an notification in the mail of some settlement that I was unknowingly a beneficiary between 2018-2026.
I got a similar notification from another competitor and then was sent a check for $20.00.

Topping the list: not turning off your audible notification for Teams messages. Or letting them pop up during zoom calls.

Boise site will be closing on a 22 month lead time. Notifications will go out within the next few days. There are 4 total site closures happening. Good luck to anyone impacted!

For those JE, I am sorry… I need to know if the invitation and communication is via Webex or Microsoft teams… We never use teams in my dept and Today the manager added us to a Trams “Notifications”. I am assuming that Layoffs are happening tomorrow so I am wondering if anyone got JE via teams? Thanks and God Bless you all and may all doors open

Did impacted people only receive an email telling them they're laid off? If it's true, shame on this leadership for not even pretending to give a damn about any of us.

Good luck folks! Hope everyone finds work quickly. They got a good handful of us this am In IT. Brutal hit for our teams. Decisions were made after the town hall in dec. But if you got a invite this afternoon thats prob good news. The cuts were already made this am.

I have never been through this before, and am wondering how they notify people of JE. Does an email invite for an HR group meeting go out? Does your direct supervisor tell you? How are you informed of your severance package? My team and I are so worried. I wish we would know what tomorrow and the future holds.

What should we expect to see? What time? Who will hear what?

How were people notified when laid off? I just received a meeting invite from the dept manager and director. No mention of HR in the invite though....

I know a few have asked. I received a letter in the mail yesterday detailing my bonus information. I was not contacted via email, phone or anything in workday.
