What does it show? Does it breakdown hours by day? Or does just show average or a bucket you fall in(7+ hours)

How many days a month are you going in office?
Typo fixed.
INDIA TO STOP WORKING AT 12:30pm EST
With Pune announcing they will stop working at 11pm their time around 12:30pm EST,
NYC teams are scrambling as the teams do NOT have appropriate staffing to perform the job or experience due to all the layoffs over the past years.
Just told RTO, 5 days a week, NO EXCEPTIONS beginning 4/1
Doesn't affect me I'm in the office 5 days already.
They will be tracking our badges for compliance. Also told that more of the old buildings are being opened up to accommodate.
Question for those that didn't RTO 4 days, what is for status?
Franklin Site Legacy EMC / VCE
Hard to believe how much things have changed. What used to be a busy, collaborative place now feels like a complete ghost town. Empty floors, no energy, barely anyone around. It honestly feels like The Walking Dead, people just showing up, wandering around, and ki-ling time.
There’s not much actual work happening here anymore. Teams are gone or spread out, roles eliminated, and a lot of the real work seems to have moved elsewhere or just disappeared. So what exactly is the point of RTO when you come in and there’s nothing to do?
Curious if others are seeing the same thing. Is this just a slow fade until the site eventually shuts down?
WF to BOFA
Considering moving from Wells to BOFA. Is there any talk of going from 3 days in-office to 4 or 5? Or is there a required # of hours per day you need to be in office? What else should I know?
Another reason to want to move to Europe

IT Service in Office?
The last few times I have contacted IT, It has been very obvious that they are at home. For instance, one guy was having a party at his house and angrily did everything he could to get me off the phone to return to that party. The last person to help, I could hear an actual rooster crowing in the background. I thought we built these overseas buildings and spent billions of dollars, why are they at home?
In office reporting
Does anyone know if the in office reporting is working correctly for cloud users? Does it show 8+ even if you didn’t stay that long?
New WFA policy is just bitter and vindictive
I don't understand what anyone will achieve by reducing work from anywhere days from 10 to 8. Like wtf company will benefit from extra 2 days a year in office work. Like it's not even vacation just wfa.
It's just feels like RV personal hate for all BNY employees showing up. It's bitter and vindictive and servers no real purpose. What even is the point of this.
What a nonsense.
4 days firmwide?
Keep seeing that we are going in firmwide 4 days starting April 1. Can anyone confirm?
Christmas Eve hours
The branches close at 2pm on the 24th but our dept is staying open until 5. To make matters worse they said we couldn’t work from home that day and had to report to the office. I’m just curious if this is just our dept or are all internal depts working all day on the 24th?
Don't forget 3 days in office is still required during the holidays
Don't forget! Don't end up on the naughty list
Am I imagining it?
Or is Office First policy being quietly ignored now…seems so many folks have reasons not to come into the office that the whole policy is not really being enforced
Work model
There are rumors that something is changing in current work model. For example that work from office will be more strict - not like now where no one is checking this. Do you have any other insights?
What is JAR
I have recently joined the MSR team. People talk about using JAR for RTO. Can someone explain what that is?
Relocate
These a--holes have the audacity to force people to wfh full time and are now asking if you will relocate so when you say no they can fire you
Bonus is with HR? got YE rating of 2 - going into the office infrequently
Hi my manager told me that the bonus decisions are made by HR - they have their own policies..
I got an overall year end rating of 2/2/3..wondering how that will look for bonus time.. I have not been going into the office regularly too some weeks i go in twice some weeks i go in once, some weeks i go 3x..
will that affect my bonus?
Too dangerous to RTO in the Northeast
We received 9 inches of snow yesterday and the streets and walkways are full of ice.
There will be many falls, injuries, and lawsuits as a result.
A responsible and reasonable corporation would have advised their employees to stay safe and work from home.
At least I punched the clock!
Incoming changes
All future home office hires will be within commutable range. 4 days a week starting June 2026. Previously grandfathered home-office arrangements will end (minus those granted under ADA). Associates on campus are expected to be ON campus and associates working remotely are expected to be logged in and engaged during normal business hours for their specific work schedule - AT THE SAME LOCATION FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. HBA people leaders in grades 13 and up will be required to work 1 full week per month on a home office campus (4 consecutive days).

Chromebooks
Why are they giving us computers the equivalent of chromebooks? We need better computers to do our jobs.
What a Chromebook is best for
• Web browsing, email, schoolwork, streaming, Google Docs
• Simple, fast, secure tasks
Stankey made a mistake?
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/technology/tech-news/att-ceo-john-stankey-says-made-mistake-when-told-employees-to-return-to-office-5-days-a-week-or-leave-but-the-message-was-not-wrong-instead/articleshow/125891727.cms
Meet with your financial advisor!
How great was that message from HR this week.
Are you RTO ready because expenses are going to change in 2026! So heres a free service to meet with a financial advisor (and tell him you're getting a pay cut bc your employer is forcing you back to the office and you need to figure out how to pay for the extra 600/month of commuting costs, plus meals and new wardrobe)
And they write it like we should be as excited as they are! lol
Next shoe to drop
Prepare it is coming return to office more days
Are all roles 5 days in office ?
Discussing a potential offer with a recruiter for a 3 days in office role. It is in Dallas. Can this role eventually become 5 days ? That’s a deal breaker.
Email just came informing everyone to WFH! Check your inboxes.
I’m the rare breed that would actually welcome RTO
Mostly because of special circumstances, which I know the vast majority don’t enjoy. I get that it would be a blow to most people. In my case, I’m close enough to the base that commuting isn’t an issue. One perk of coming back to the d-mb office? I fully intend to never, absolutely never, be available outside office hours. People forget WFH flexibility cuts both ways. That is, of course, assuming my job isn’t merrily eliminated before I even get to enjoy the fresh air and tranquil office environment.
Stop the BS
L3s and the rest of the C level just need to stop with the BS. Just say you are coming in the office, that's it, if you want to get a paycheck get your A$$ in the office. This fake caring how we feel or how we work is more annoying than anything. We already know Hadji is in the office for like 3 hours then he heads home. Who really wants to work with there team in neighbor hoods ugh.
ha can we point out the ghetto neighbor hoods?
Just say it, I'm tired of all the playacting BS C level is doing, grow a pair of ba--s and get your @$$ in the office as well.
In office hours
I heard from my manager that we are getting tracked on time in office now? Is that true?
RTO report now showing hours
So one of my close friends is a manager and he showed me what he sees: how many days per week in the office and total hours per day in the office (badge in/out or network connection, he is not sure know how the hours are actually being tracked). Well the report is very real saw it with my own eyes.
How to order monitor equipment?
Or, what monitors do you guys use at home? Any idea what monitors the campus at Frisco uses?
Tampa will require 3 days a week in office
An email came out today stating that all Tampa employees will now require to go to the office 3 days per week (instead of 2 days) starting on January 20, 2026. I guess they want more people to leave on their own.
no tax on overtime income
i read that there are some occupational restrictions on this, does this affect the compressed shift hourly workers in the factory, if so thats great news!
RTO - Various MN offices
For those who get those badge reports, let's say you are based in Optum Circle, but may decide to go to the UHC offices instead on certain days of the week, do you get credit for those towards the 4 days minimum? I asked my boss and they did not know so...
Remote Work for uninitiated
There’s seems to be a lot of resentment here from some people with phrases like “adults go to work” and “covid is over” and “it’s your own fault that you moved to another state” and common sentiment is - get back to the office or get out. A lot of people seem to be unaware that remote work existed way before Covid. There are some companies who hired remote-only (look up Hashicorp). Remote work existed in Viacom too.
Most of what I’m hearing here is towards people who were in the office and then became remote due to COVID. Ok I get that. What beef do you have with me, someone who was hired remotely years before COVID, never lived anywhere near NY or LA, and commonly known as a local workaholic often working way over 8 hours a days, often working weekends etc? Where do I have to “return” to? I’m where I’ve always been. And I’m not going anywhere.
I survived but my give a sh*ts didn't.
You'd be a complete fool to work harder to fill in the gaps.
CLAIM JOBS WILL NEVER MOVE TO THE HUBS
With all the changes the new leadership over P & C claims are implementing across all of p&c they will never get these claim jobs moved into the hubs. Not Injury, not TL, not fire, not Sub, not Property. There is to much for new hires to learn and retain, they will not stay. What we have in the hubs now cannot do the work. We will work from home forever or until they make us miserable enough to quit.
confirmed 2000+ employees are getting laid off soon
spoke to the executives and said they are trying to make more room for 5 days in office and also fannie mae is very bloated he said. i suggest you all to be prepared to find new jobs. huge wave incoming
International RTO + buyout
Does anyone have any information on 5 day RTO dates for international offices? Are they also going to offer a buyout the same way the US did?
