Anyone have any idea what's going to happen in GNT, specifically in the RF, System Performance, Equipment Engineering, Construction Engineering, Real Estate and Network Assurance groups? Dan says we must continue to have a good network but these teams are already stretched to the max.

If you were told you “can” WFM…. Is that a good or bad thing??!!

Are leaders gonna encourage their teams to work from home Thursday…just to enable the people who are impacted to save face? Not have to get “that” call right in the middle of all their co-workers?

Does anyone here actually know how they got the 15K number?
Was it formula based on Pay, Insurance, WFH?
Was it just spread across the whole business?
Was it mainly performance based?

Someone here surely knows this?

If you’re out on vacation for 1 or 2 days out of the week, what happens with the 3 days in office requirement?

Same question again but on weeks with holidays, what happens with the 3 days in office requirement.

When is CSO going to 5 days a week? CSO is Atl still on 3 days a week.

I get it. We all have an “in office goal”. The rest of us want to stay healthy. Work with your manager if it means you aren’t going to hit your RTO numbers. It is disrespectful to disregard others and expose us to your germs for a swipe.

Anyone here planning on quitting come January when RTO goes into effect?

No company go broke by employees working fridays from home.

Email went out today telling us to go in on mondays for Friday bc Tuesday thru Thursday are the busiest days. Yeah a--holes you’re cramming us all in and making people show up into less space.

We are going to charge 25 cents up to 99 cents the next few years to bring up our revenues if the economy wind tail doesn’t meet the wind head anytime soon. Start updating your skills on banana and coffee too just in case.

So what happens if you only come once or twice a week instead of 3?

New here… was planning on coming today but something came up, can I just come 4 times next week or will my manager get an email about not going in 3 times this week?

Most of my connect weeks, I rarely stay the whole day... I usually do half days and then leave when the office clears out. I work 12pm-11pm est and think it's ludicrous to be sitting on a floor with one other guy at 9pm lol.

I was just told by a friend at my office that his manager told his team you're not required to be in office if you work this shift, because half of the shift is when the office is technically closed. He said it's an actual policy but it's hush hush. Has anyone heard of anything like this? He has rarely gone into the office and has never heard anything of it. I have also never heard anything for usually leaving around 6-7pm est... knock on wood.

My manager is also very lax about the office requirement and just says to do what you can lol.

Work from anywhere reduced from 80 hours to 64 hours for next year. No more additional days purchased vacations. If i don't laugh, I'll cry..

What are the odds we get an announcement upping your org’s RTO requirement to go along with layoffs? Double whammy slap in the face per say?

I don’t care as my team knows I’m not in office, but between this and AI taking 80% of jobs (or some similar dire forecast), it’s absurd to give anything to the company beyond the minimum.

Has anyone seen this report? What is all on it? Is it a yearly average? Does it show login/logout etc? What have you been told on it?
