Record Profits, 2025 2.87 Billion but consistent layoffs
State Street averages 2.5 Billion in profits in the last 5 years but layoffs is the norm (usually 2-3 times per year).
Got laid off after being told by our EVP that we would not be affect just a few months ago..
Title pretty much says it all. Luckily, I have a few really good interviews. Severance is poor... I would not recommend SS.. This place is mess.
