Why so many Bangalore trips by managers and team leads?
Each trip from US or Amsterdam must cost around $15K (USD). Business class is around $7K. Then hotel + meals + transport. It all adds up. Kind of interesting that I see people going to Bangalore who have very little decision making power.

Shell needs to lose some fat to survive. It should follow ExxonMobil owned (69.6% owned by ExxonMobil) Imperial Oil, and reduce workforce by 20%. On top of that send people to the plants, away from the relaxed life in the big cities.
