I’m an NCM on LTSS, which we know has always been considered a “money maker” for the company, but, on a serious note, what do we think our fate is? I know AI can’t completely do our jobs, but, I’m still very fearful.

My People Leader has not spoken to the team. People Leaders on other teams in different departments have met with their teams as a whole and with individuals. I refuse to believe that the PL don’t know who will be impacted by the future layoffs.

Who can provide a copy of the separation agreement and general release? VSP line says they can’t provide it. HR states they can’t provide it. Who will???? Going in blind not knowing what we are agreeing too.

Everyone should ask chatGPT what your take home pay would be in your state after taxes. What I would actually get to keep is almost cut in half after taxes. Makes the VSP offer less appealing.

So let me get this straight. If you accept the vsp you get 4 extra weeks of pay. If you get laid off, you get severance but it’s 4 week smaller than the vsp check?

To think the VSP is the morally right thing to do and the company really doesn’t want to lay off people who want to stay. Maybe because I have seen jobs dissolve and they try to place those displaced in other positions.

Silly question that I probably know the answer to but for those taking the VSP do you think Centene would wipe our computers and let us keep them? It’s so much better than my personal computer lol.
