How do y'all deal with 5 day RTO, it must be brutal , no? I know qualcomm isn't the place for "work life balance" which is what I always hear from my peers at QCOM , but do y'all get extra holidays or something? Did they increase the leaves after the 5 day rto change ?

Anyone know if someone can be told they are let go while on Paternity leave or if it would have to be held until returning to work for legal reasons?

If I’m on leave during these two milestones, how am I impacted? I assume invectives were decided this past month and 401K match is just math, but does LOA impact receipt of either?

been on flma leave. Has the employee culture survey results been released yet and how did HR do this year with changing the work environment for the better ?!?!?

I don't understand if this is a good change, or bad.

My understanding: We will get 7 days for PTO in event of illness and the STD starts on Day 8. That is 26 weeks. Then no unpaid extended leave, correct?

What would be the underlying cause of such changes?

Everything they do is a complete SCAM. From the Agents, to their business models, our Executives, horrible commercials, employees they hire, surveys, pay, the Hubs... you name it. Everything thing has a sleezy, low rent, dirty feeling. Trashy.... It feels like a bad dream that you can never wake up from. You keep running and running but you never go anywhere. This is not a legitimate company anymore. Everyone and I mean everyone I have spoken to prays for severance. The funny thing is SF keeps making new lows. Just when you think we are at rock bottom they find a whole other level to sink too. Leave, find some way out now. Run! This place is a disaster beyond disasters!

Title. I'm interested in taking an extended sabbatical (3-6mos) and am curious if that's something Dell offers. I know there are leaves of absences and whatnot, but I don't think that's what I'm looking for.

This company is going under, line something else up and leave before the ship sinks completely. The stock is at low $20s now as a hard ceiling. Pretty soon there will be nothing left. The company made the decision to bleed out its cash cows instead of grow and expand.
