Where is the Outrage ?
It's 12/25 and luckily unlike the past couple of yrs the MOA Corporate Grinch hasn't ruined the holidays again. But tonite I'm in California stuck in front of the TV watching the Grinch on the Peacock network.
What really pis_ses me off is the fact that very own 401K plan is so pathetic compared w/our competitors like ADP. No self directed brokerage option. No managed account option. Very few if any new funds or fund line up changes. No new educational materials. No financial planning opportunities. It's total BS how the plans lacks true fiduciary oversight.
Company gets sued over their own plan--no changes. Company freezes pension--no changes but only cut backs to 401k benefits. No enhancement. Company needs to watch it as there could be lawsuits in the works over the 401k plan.
For crying out loud it is 2026 and still no SDBA or managed options ?
No wonder clients are leaving. They see no enhancements to their plans either like we don't see any to ours. Clients see no brokerage. No new funds. No new education. No managed.
Work to Rich and the Board this Christmas night---give us the present we deserve. Give us a competitive retirement plan. Give out clients the same present wrapped in a bow. A better retirement plan. If you keep your in action up and don't improve our plan and their's either, you will find yourself out of a job in 15 more months.

EV Strategic Failure - No Excuses
The C-Suite has no clothes.
That’s not news to anyone. That’s an acknowledgment of what we all know. The 10s of Billions lost (not to mention the opportunity cost which may well be more expensive) is a direct result of the awful strategic decisions made by Ford’s pathetic executive team.
What’s the purpose of saying this? So that those leaders who want to play pretend and have successfully seeded this “the entire industry sc--wed up” narrative with their media lackeys get this message: you are to blame. You failed us. You failed our customers. And we all know you know it.
It has been obvious since the beginning of the EV cycle that the demand wasn’t there. The value proposition has never had widespread appeal. The working class - remember them? - isn’t lining up to pay more for a less capable, less convenient solution with less resale value, a shorter lifespan and horrible supporting infrastructure. If you didn’t know this, you should resign immediately.
Did you need to flush ~40B dollars down the drain (who got rich from this fiasco - that begs for some investigation) in order to figure out that your core customer base didn’t want to pay more for far less? Or did you think the government was going to ram them down all of our throats and that you would sit back and be the benefactors of a command economy?
Oh, and don’t think we all didn’t notice that you inflated the pricing of all your ICE vehicles to subsidize your abominable strategy.
How about we focus on improving the products people want to buy? You know, the ones that actually sell. Or, will it be some more outside hires from Silicon Valley to come and show us all how to execute the next scam? My money is on the latter.
Toxic reorg!
Worst reorg ever!
2 weeks in and no all clear, no conference calls letting you know what's happening. 4 cryptic emails that made about as much sense as Athina getting promoted. No maps of the new structure, just some covert calls letting some people see the details, HR controlling the invitee list. The names of those we lost trickle out slowly usually by a full mailbox on Outlook or an extended vacation status. No relief to the stress caused by uncertainty, rumors already flying about Februarys next slash job. Dead weight is still employed good people let go a dozen days before Christmas! Lopsided top tier brass still clueless, off shoring still in play, cr-ppy raise and bonus is your reward for another year of trying to stay afloat!
The Sprint doom-loop
I have said it before and I will say it again, anything that Sprint touches fails in the end. Look out T-Mobile legacy employees... I give you 5 more years before Sprint pulls T-Mobile USA into bankruptcy. Sprint and everything Sprint was and is cancer. Good luck with it all, you will need it!
Soooo d-mb…go ahead and spin this
So we buy WB, for $80b, sell for $40b, then watch a bidding war for it as it gets resold? Thats what you people call a genius leader. Board won’t do anything cause it’s filled with other flunkies who weren’t popular with the worker bees. If you have to tell me how great you are….you’re probably not very good at what you do.
VERIZON SOLD OFF FiOS HQ D/FW AIRPORT 2000.

Personnel challenges faced by AT&T
This Forum reflects the need for significant headcount reductions in 2026. We struggle with any decision for increased investment while AT&T continues to retain these bad seeds. They tarnish the value of your Product. AT&T could have a bright future if the tougher decisions are made to prevent further decline.
$&7)(;4//
I had worked for Ericsson and Hans was a wrecking ball. Layoffs all over. I moved to AT&T and that wasn’t better. So… I went to VZ. And what the he-l, they hired Hans. Then the cuts started. What I want to know is who is going to be held responsible for VZ loosing the top spot in wireless? So give 20 million for failure? For his departure! BS in my opinion!
I've heard enough....
From folks who say, "The company doesn't have to give severance..." or "other companies do much less....".
What EFFIN BS.
Yes, WF HAS to provide severance. They have to abide by the employee handbook which they have published. For all you mo--ns out there who think WF is going above and beyond....LMAO! You are d-mber than a bunch of rocks!
WF HAS to abide by what they have committed to in their publications.
Yes, they can change it. But that will take time. They'll have communicate it, have to allow time for it to become policy. Even then, there will be challenges. Likely - as WF is wont to do, they'll sc--w some simply due to bad management or personal grievances. But, overall, any changes in policy will take time and have to be announced well in advance.
So to those of you who say, OH! But they are so awesome, they give sooooo much in severance!
I say to you, what a bunch of buffoons. You su-k. Totally and literally. Get a grip. WF only gives severance to shut folks up after a long tenure, then pittances for them. Why doesn't anyone talk about the employment contracts Sr. Executives get? With guaranteed bonus, guaranteed retirement, guaranteed yearly increases (based on actual, things that are written down)?
Yep, what a bunch of losers that decry what we, the workers complain about. We, the workers - are due MORE. MORE than what we are getting when we are thrown to the curb!!!
Just saying, had to get that off my chest. OK everyone, go back to your bingo games.....LOLOLOL
I HATE the people here
I hate the people here. Fu--ing rude and obnoxious.
I am getting angry
They say they are going to change, but dear God in heaven when is one iota of change for the better going to happen?
This is like the worst bad relationship your parents told you about.
They say they are going to communicate more… they don’t. When they do it’s more words, less action.
They have made you lose a lot of good friends aka coworkers, for reasons you still have no idea of. There are still way too many bosses.
So help me if someone tries to say they are going to bring Tar-jay back I am going to scream. It’s over. It’s like Mean Girls and Fetch. Stop trying to make it happen. These are NOT your guests anymore. Why can you not understand this?
And speaking of not understanding your guests, you really had a great idea
with the grab bags, but you failed. Aside from the winners, I cannot even fathom who would be impressed or happy with what was in that bag. There is better and more sh-t presently in my vehicle than what was in that bag. And you hyped it up, to our guests. Who waited for it, thinking it was something great! You couldn’t even load it with snacks? A $5 gift card? Jesus anything? My kids birthday gift bags are better and we are poor.
I feel like you are just sabotaging the company now with these decisions. Trying to tank all of us.
There are so many of us who still and who did bust their a-s for this company, and for what? THIS?!
I hate RTO
Really, that's it. I just needed to say it and get it off my chest.
Zerto doesn't do anything
the place is a ghost town.
Rant...
Verizon is in this situation because of poor leadership, which was replaced with poor leadership, which is now being replaced by more poor leadership.
Just once, has any of these feckless leaders held themselves responsible? I mean they blame the economy, they blame COVID, they blame the employees. But they never take responsibility.
Isn't that literally in the credo?
But, it is the employees who will suffer. Hans will never have to worry about buying groceries, or losing thier home or paying medical expenses. Neither will Dan. They care about nothing and no one else.
The are typically sociopaths (and yes, there are peers reviewed scientific studies that show this).
Just once...
Horrible world
I never seen a group of people wanting people to lose there jobs!! This is what’s wrong with the world! Bunch of of d-mb as--s
Another farewell post
Kinda tired of these LinkedIn posts bragging about ‘X years with the brand.’ Just be honest - you did solid but pretty average work most of the time, they gave you a generous severance package, which will never be repeated - and you took the deal. No need to turn it into a hero story.
No Layoffs, This Site is a Lie
All of the anxious people posting lies here need to STOP
Fu-k BNY
One of the worst companies i have ever worked for and getting worse by the day. I dont see how they continue to be allowed to operate like this or pull as much bs as they do to their customers and employees. Robin and his cronies need to go

The Truman Show is over
For anyone who hasn’t seen “The Truman Show”: it’s a story about a man who lives inside a perfect illusion. His entire life is a TV set. The town, the neighbors, even his wife and coworkers… all actors. They know it’s fake. They get paid to keep the illusion running so Truman never realizes the truth.
The employees in Truman’s world were enablers.
They smiled on cue, stuck to the script, and did whatever it took to keep the show believable. Not because they believed in it, but because it was their job. Because it paid the bills.
Sound familiar?
For years, that’s what we, Xerox employees, have done here.
We’ve watched the numbers collapse, the debt balloon, the rhetoric pile up… and we’ve kept performing.
We’ve called decline “transformation,” losses “investments,” and chaos “reinvention”.
We’ve applauded speeches that we knew were hollow, because the alternative was uncomfortable truth.
We weren’t fooled. We were complicit.
Now the walls of the set are falling down.
Let’s stop pretending we didn’t know. We all knew.
We saw the numbers slide quarter after quarter.
We sat through the town halls, clapped like it mattered, then went back to our desks to whisper the obvious: this company’s been dead for years; we’re just managing the c0rpse.
Why?
Because the salary was decent.
Because it was easier to play d-mb than to stand up and say the emperor had no clothes.
Because survival inside a dying machine feels safer than the uncertainty outside it.
Every spreadsheet, every “adjusted” margin, every fake pep talk… we saw it all.
And instead of calling it out, we became the extras in the show.
We smiled, nodded, and sold the illusion that Xerox was turning a corner.
But the truth is brutal: we helped build the illusion.
We traded everything for comfort, and comfort is what leads companies to de4th.
We knew the business model was obsolete, that “Reinvention” was just branding without any substance.
We heard the excuses: tariffs, macroeconomy, delayed orders, COVID (in 2025?)… and pretended those were answers.
Now the curtain’s down.
No plot twist, no surprise ending… just the arithmetic of brutal financials that don’t lie.
The problem isn’t that management lied: the real problem is that we let them.
We built a culture where truth was optional and optimism mandatory.
We rewarded obedience over thinking.
Every time we clapped at jargon, every time we stayed silent while the company hollowed out, we helped build the lie.
Now there’s nothing left to hide behind.
The show’s over.
Stop clapping.
Customer Success
Why is this a role? All they do is ask people to do their job for them. If you're a CSM I hope your resume is up to date.
CPQ??
what a joke
every company that outsources is junk & trash
had to take that off my chest.
Hey Bob!
Bye, Felicia…
Bullseye of Iron
Beneath the glossy aesthetics of Minneapolis HQ lay an unspoken code: all loyalty was transient; promotions a promise easily retracted. Only the strongest, most adaptable team members remained, standing in solemn salute at the corporate bullseye.
F**K Me. I'm not asking AI anymore questions.
Karma
These corporations seem to have no idea how to address any of their issues other than to lay people off. They do it to please the shareholders, however everyone else is stressed out. They wonder why employees have no loyalty to their company anymore? It's because corporations don't care about them. Shop local, buy local. Buy as much as possible from small businesses in your community. That money stays in your community and doesn't line a shareholders pocket. Sc--w them. Take your power back. Between robotics and AI, nobody is going to have jobs in a few years unless it's serving at the feet of the rich.
Disgusted and frustrated EVPs and SVPs. Please chime in and help your hard working associates

At that time you will lose your benefits, and your card will not be charged.
Before the Tuesday layoff threads start, remember that
- You will not get meaningful information about how many were laid off
- You will not get meaningful information about what LOB/group was hit
- You will be disappointed with any information provided
- The same questions posted every week will continue to go unanswered
- Starting a new thread with the same question will not lead to better answers
Let's keep it concise so we can consolidate what little information is provided. That way the raging reich-wing boomer can go back to spam-voting their own threads about Indian employees.
All coffee badgers should be put PIP
As far as I am concerned, their behavior constituted belligerent fraud.
TODAY IS A GREAT DAY!!!!!
ITS FINALLY MY TURN!!!
I AM OUTTA HERE WITH A SEVERANCE!
SO LONG MOFOs!!!! Fu-k this he-l hole.
This company keeps shuffling incompetent people around. I feel sorry for the few that actually run the factory.
For those of you waiting for a severance, I wish you the same joy I feel today!!
How did Stankey earn his position?
Amdocs was founded in Israel in 1982, and partially acquired by SBC in 1985.
What they don’t tell you, is the project that led them to being acquired so fast, was actually the first android project in the world, called Project Stank.
It’s not publicized, because the android they created, could only sh-t out of his mouth, and not his a-s.
However, there was a problem with Project Stank’s gastrointestinal system, leading to the android only being able to say the word, “Fiber”.
Amdocs sold the project to SBC and it is now our CEO
Citi has its best quarter, Jane becomes Chairwoman, gets $25 million more, the staff get something too...
Layoffs in Q3, forced 4-ratings in Q4, more layoffs in Q1. I suppose they need to find that $25 million from somewhere.
I can't wait to read Tim's next tone-deaf family saga. Maybe it will go like this. I was eating caviar in my mansion when my daughter came to me and complained that she broke her nail. I told her to cut it off. Sometimes we need to take difficult decisions, like how I trample upon people's livelihood and careers to put food on the table... for the next 20 generations of the Ryan family. SMH! their greed and selfishness knows no bounds.
Only way to survive is to stop caring
Anyone who truly cares about their work and their job, anyone who has an inherent desire to show up and do the best they can, anyone who has the beloved “Protestant work ethic,” will end up in a mad house.
The way to win is to simply stop caring. Nod enthusiastically as your boss pretends to care about you. Smile to anyone above you. Offload as much work as you can to other departments you know are also overworked and undertrained and won’t do the job correctly. Stop caring about the people you support, the company, or even your own perspective of being a hard worker that does what is right. Put 20% effort in at all times. Enthusiastically go along with whatever new initiative is that you absolutely know will fail, in fact, be a cheerleader for it! Tell all your colleagues how great and amazing it is you will be rewarded.
Adopt the mask that you initially judged other people for. Outwardly be a yes man. Inwardly, stop giving a single shred of attention to your job beyond what it takes to not get fired. Going above and beyond will do nothing for your career.
Being absolutely mediocre but pretending to be a sycophant will get you promotions and awards. Caring means you might actually try and solve problems or bring attention to leadership about why things don’t work. They do not want that. Being worried about your own quality of work and the people you support means you might express your workload is untenable and you need help, they don’t want that. So remove the human element completely. You are a salesman, not just for clients, but for every person you work with. Promise them the moon and deliver a brick of concrete, and tell them how much work and pride you put into it. To get to where they are, they also know to play the game, and will nod and pat you on the back and tell you what a good boy you are. And maybe even give you an award for it!
Schwab cares about appearances over absolutely everything else. Through the clients eyes means: make sure the client doesn’t see all of the absolute tu-ds that you deliver to them. Dress it up prettily. Tell them the diminished service and products and attention they get is actually for their benefit. And do the same for every single person you work with and for.

GM should bag building EV’s and instead and reintroduce the 1971 Vega with charging to original design
GM could sell the Vegas at the same price they did in 1971 and end up selling a lot of them. So put all the GM EV’s out in the pasture along with anyone at GM who was involved in the d-mb idea to waste billions of bucks to design and produce EV garbage vehicles.
