Signavio is a sh-tshow
This is a bit of a rant, but I feel it's important to share my observations from my time at Signavio. Over the past year, I've noticed that many managers are situated far from their teams, with some teams in Berlin and their managers located in India or Walldorf. This arrangement leads to significant travel expenses for managers who frequently visit their teams, while they enjoy the flexibility of working from home, expecting their teams to be in the office. Recently, Signavio invested heavily in a hackathon for their global teams, all while the rest of SAP was grappling with layoffs and budget cuts. Meanwhile, employees at Signavio seem to switch roles one to two times a year, often receiving substantial salary increases and stock options, with many positions not even listed on the SAP job portal due to special hiring permissions. Additionally, stock options for 2024-2025 have primarily been allocated to long-term SAP employees, creating a divide where seasoned veterans tend to share these benefits among themselves. Furthermore, a significant majority of managers in Signavio come from an SAP background, leaving former Signavio employees limited to expert roles, with the notable exception of DEI coaches who have transitioned into development manager positions, often earning more than technical staff despite lacking technical expertise.
I believe that even though Signavio is a relatively new addition to SAP, its employees deserve the same treatment as their SAP counterparts. It's crucial to focus on retaining the talent that has been with Signavio for years, rather than allowing the leadership to be dominated by long-time SAP veterans who seem more interested in securing their own financial futures. As someone who transitioned from SAP to Signavio, I find the current situation unfair and hope for changes to prevent it from devolving into another problematic scenario like Qualtrics.
Schmooze or Lose, Code Be Damned
The tech team’s culture is a masterclass in exploiting the need for networking in the field while treating actual engineering like a thankless chore. Most “management” here are too busy kissing up to non-engineers and flaunting their “connections” like they’re auditioning for a C-suite reality show or getting a millionaire customer on the books. The company leans hard into the field’s obsession with who-knows-who, we-ponizing it to reward political players at HO over producers. Meanwhile, engineers who grind out solid code and keep the systems humming? We’re just background noise, expected to bow to the schmooze gods. Skip a “networking” DEI event to debug a critical issue? You’re “not strategic.” It’s a ridiculous game where pleasing non-techies and chasing clout trumps building anything real. Time to value the code that drives the business, not the connections! 😅
Please summarize the reason why Qualcomm has been sinking
Because there are so many useless teams like QPOET which have been doing NOTHING for so many years!
You don’t gotta go to work work work
I find it funny there are a lot of post on this forum when it’s working hours. Hardly ever any posted outside of that.
Dense
I don’t understand how any of you would comply with such an outrageous request.
I am not going to sell my house to move to be closer to an office. I am hours away from any real office.
This job isn’t that important to me. It never will be. And I don’t know why it is to you.
What really keeps you here? I rather take a few thousand pay cut and be happy elsewhere.
I will not be working in an office. I don’t care if my coworkers are or even my superior.
I won’t be doing it and I’ll laugh at anyone who thinks I will.
I would ask yourself why this job is that important to you that you would upheave your routine and life for uhg. They don’t give a f about you or your family, probably don’t pay you enough, and wouldn’t care if you ended up in the hospital tomorrow.
Just think about it.
You think T is dysfunctional....
Take a look at this sh-t on the Cricket page. I know some of you a--holes will say "we don't care about Cricket", but some of us do....

Such a sh-t show!!!
Beenlie.com
I am thinking about buying this domain where we can all post stories about beenlie. How ohhliza is nothing but garbage
Is it just me?
Is anyone else beyond f u c k e d off at this stage with this absolute clown show?
Intel is a charity case.
Reality Check. Stop the “We’re Great” and “Intel Comeback” B.S. There will never be an Intel product that’s not enhanced or influenced by a better more competitive “partner/investor” again. It’s over folks. Hang up the jersey.
MST home dispatch tech use and abuse company assets
MST home dispatch tech use and abuse company assets. They drive 100K-200K bucket trucks to their home and back to their home garage everyday. Big V8 6.3 L engines use a lot of gas and insurance on top. Also, with MST high pay and only have .5 job per tech a day per tech how is that saving company money and liability.
There are rules to follow when joining home dispatch program. Following the rules helps save gas and time and wear and tear on a vehicle used to drive to work and to home. But MSTs abuse this program from driving to the garage every day and dispatching at the garage. Making a stop at the grocery store to grocery shop in the company vehicle before driving home. Not closing your last job at the job site and instead, drive home and being still dispatched on your work ticket and then closing the job when you arrive home. I follow the rules, and I do not want the home dispatch program to go away because of MSTs taking advantage of the abuse. Also, MST managers are favoring many MSTs and letting the home dispatch MSTs do what ever they want. STOP ABUSING THE HOME DISPATCH PROGRAM YOU MSTs. You know who you are...
To All Military Veterans
I suggest if you stumble across this site, you avoid this company like the plague.
They have proven themselves by their track record as being unAmerican and non patriotic to this country’s American citizen workforce.
Spread the word and tell your friends and family.
OneX su-ks so hard
Anyone else notice that OneX su-ks on Sunday when the whole company is trying to do markdowns and fulfillment? Jeez Louise it's annoying!!!! And we've been getting weird errors on it saying it can't retrieve the info or whatever. Macy's tech is useless for these issues. They'll just ask me if I rebooted, used a new battery, or tried to reenroll it.
Ugh! Ok, off my soapbox now
John Stankaheeheee Let me help you!
John....let me help you demoralize the workforce even more. Do this John. Take away the
service anniversary awards. Please do it John. Then remove any and all employee discounts. Also good work on pension plan increases. They are virtually non existent.
Cobb count teacher pensions in the state of Georgia get 3% every year. You are a cheap worthless pathetic divider in chief. It is no longer a desirable place to work. You and your cronies have gutted every aspect of what it used to be. You have as--ulted the low hanging fruit ( 1st level managers ) to the max because they have no voice as the union members do. The company culture will never rebound until you and your henchmen go somewhere. Anywhere would be good. Just go.
Grow Up!
Yes, last week su-ked. And like you, I’m nervous about what’s to come. But let’s not kid ourselves or rewrite history. When the pandemic hit, this company didn’t toss us aside while the economy melted down. We kept our jobs. Some of us even got cash bonuses for basically existing. The same leadership you’re busy demonizing today signed off on that. Funny how that part gets left out.
Now it’s fashionable to cry about the CEO’s salary. Really? You likely knew this was a multi-billion-dollar health insurer with a millionaire CEO at the helm when you accepted your job offer - or when you CHOSE to keep working here week after week. Just like it doesn’t stop you from filling your cart with garbage on Amazon, or ordering overpriced coffee from Starbucks - who, by the way, laid off 900 people last week. Yet, I doubt anyone is forfeiting their Starbucks Rewards in protest. Outrage when it’s convenient isn’t principle, it’s hypocrisy. If empty outrage paid the bills, many in this forum would also be millionaires by now.
And here’s the part nobody likes to admit: nobody is chained to a desk here. The front doors aren’t locked. The exit signs glow for a reason. If this company or corporate America offends your conscience so badly, go build your own empire. Put your brilliance to work. But don’t pretend that bi--hing and moaning are unique skillsets. They aren’t. Babies are born crying. Sadly, some toddlers never grow out of it – then get jobs at this company.
The reality is simple. This company has tens of thousands of employees. Only a handful were let go, it seems. If every single chronic complainer in this forum quit tomorrow, the company would replace them and keep moving. No strategy would collapse. No customer would notice. The machine doesn’t need you (or me) - or anything you have to offer - to keep turning. You are not special. Whining here for validation from other whiny anonymous nonspecials is just sad. And if that feels harsh, it’s because deep down, you already know it’s true.
My heart goes out to anyone whose job was impacted and anyone still worrying - especially those who looked here for answers only to wade through the rantings of people who shouldn’t be part of this workforce, or any other. Good luck!
Why bother?
Why do people even bother with kissing a$$ to upper management and then burdening themselves with the fake lifestyle of pretending to matter as a 'middle manager'? I did tech for about 20 years and then retired because my 'butt kissing' manager was an a-hole. Just wondering what in the he-l inspires someone to be that person that most people despise.
Bad things to say.
There are so many bad things to say I can’t decide where to start. Stay tuned.
Perpetual reorgs
We've had so many reorgs in the last few years and the only thing that changes after it's done is we have fewer employees who have to work more for the same money. Nothing else ever changes. What kind of pathetic, incompetent leadership only uses layoffs to prop themselves up?
One Guy's Assessment of the now infamous "Rant"
Now that a little time has passed, I thought about sharing some thoughts with you all, John's minions, and the staff at Business Insider and other outfits who scour these forums for hints, facts, or observations. BI asked for comments to their survey about 'the memo'
John's right. loyalty is dead. His memo makes that clear. The 'multi year transformation' is code for job over career. This won't improve collaboration. They tried that with workplace 2020. We don't collaborate. We find a corner of space and lay low until we slip out to catch the train.
This message only serves to further divide. Many of T's brightest and most loyal have and will continue to simply find a new home where innovation and commitment are rewarded. Some will praise their leaders for cutting the slackers, ki-ling dei, improving collaboration... basically parroting the CEO and his priests. Many will complain and threaten to leave but they will eventually find their way to the stream where the majority of the company resides. They are the ambivalent masses who know how to stay quiet and carry on. They badge in, go to meetings, send a few emails, and speak when spoken to. They are the 'future' if which John is building. Clock watchers. Professional annual-review authors. Gantt charts, ppt decks, and endless backlogs of well defined but rarely delivered work products. They learn the buttons to press to get the cheese.
If this all sounds familiar it is probably because John seems to have channeled old 80's corporate movies as his inspiration for the workforce if the future. Cool thing is that 2025 tech lets the uninspired masses watch them while pretending to work.
In conclusion. B+ for conviction and passion, C+ for staying on target. He does have a knack for going off on tangents. D for knowing you audience. F for delivery. When in doubt, wait it out. Remember that rule, J? Wait 24 hours and make sure you're not letting emotions cloud your better judgement.
Our reputation is gone
Long gone are the days when people dreamed of working at Intel. Now we can’t even attract mediocre employees, and the top talent is avoiding us in wide berths. I fear this kind of loss of reputation is irreparable and we’ll be feeling it for a long time to come.
Enough with the mass hiring sprees followed by mass layoffs
It’s like the company has turned the workforce into a seasonal commodity instead of actual people. Every new round chips away at any remaining loyalty or pride in the work. Enough is enough. And if you don't know how high our hiring is, go and check. Makes no sense amid constant layoffs.
Carelon CCA Disaster
As CCA (Complex Clinical Audit) is very young in its programs so let’s change up leadership by moving around Directors that have never worked in other line of business…this makes zero sense. JS the Staff VP this is her grand idea. Let’s cause more division and turnover. It’s going to take 6 months to year to train these Directors in their new positions and who’s going to have to do it…the teams the managers and staff who are currently drowning!! Don’t ever work in CCA. It’s horrible everyday and the blame rests on the managers to fix the survey results!
Why should I keep busting my back when half my team can’t even pull their weight?
It’s exhausting watching people coast while the rest of us scramble to get things done. Every project ends up feeling like a fight, not just against the actual work, but against all the nonsense that comes with covering for others. And then to see them survive a layoff round after a layoffs round? No. Just, no.
Haven't seen this type of post in a couple of weeks " Layoffs coming in (enter month)?
My LL6 who spoke to his LL5 who is married to someone working for Ford Finance said.... so I know this is true!
To date, I would like to know the total number of people who left, finding other employment, retired or left for other reasons other than being layoff. (sickness, death)
It would probably exceed the false claims of layoffs made on this website this year!
Quit complaining yall and get back to the office.
I am sick of all the whining about RTO. Either return to the office 5 days a week and do the work or leave as Stankey has stated. They are paying good salary and benefits for in-person collaboration. Working from home is a privilege, and is dictated by the business needs.
If you are outside of Dallas, Atlanta, or NJ - our core hubs - either relocate or leave as Stankey has stated. They are cutting down on hub locations so that they can invest better in the hubs that make sense for them. Your work location is dictated by the business.
Employees have no control over RTO and work location - these are dictated by the business. If you cannot be onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, Atlanta, or NJ - then leave as Stankey has stated. Yet yall stay and ruin it for those who do follow the rules.
I'm done with this
I'm done with the stress, the constant drip of half-information, the endless waiting to see if layoffs are coming or not. I'm just done. From here on out, I'm quiet quitting. Any extra time or energy I have is going into finding a new job. This place doesn’t deserve more from us after the way we've been treated.
If the people who post on this site stay....I am leaving
I am embarrassed at the moaning and groaning from people who claim to be employees. Anyone who looks at this site must think we are a company of sensitive crybabies. Now there is even an anti-vaxxer having another cry a hundred years later.
Who cares? Nobody.
Nobody owes you anything, and honestly, with how you feel about the company, we can't get rid of you fast enough.
But, if somehow the people here stay, you'll always find something to cry about. Even in the good times.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do us all a favor, go away, find the job of your dreams.
The only thing I am happy about is that none of you are in the military. If you were serving your country, we'd all be doomed.
BACK TO WASHING EGGS - THAT'S THE HARDEST JOB IN THE WORLD - THANKS GRAND-FATHER LARRY
28+ years of hard-work, dedication, respect for management , keeping Larry in prayers gone down with less than 2 minutes of a call with unknown je-k. Voila network disconnected in < 5 minutes. Was part of R&D. Wall Street reporters should makes noise on what's going on with the company Anyone here ! Mr. L has to support his 5/6 bride (Elephant is out of hat & you did not hear from me) !!
F8 Utensils
any news on utensils @F8 since I left? LOL I still laugh thinking about that. What a joke that place is...
Transunion US Labor Day
For a company that hates its own American workers to celebrate a national holiday honoring them is ironic .
Has anyone looked at Ford's Layoff Page?
They look to be in big trouble.... Which asylums do they hire from?
San Ramon Move to Houston Timing July 2026?
Found this embedded in another post and elevating here. Strange comment on this year, which is not possible, but it goes on to say the vast majority are expected in houston July 1st:
The revised timeline presents notable implications for San Ramon. According to one of the decks shared with our team, the guidance indicates that relocations should occur "ASAP," with the majority of transitions finalized by the end of this year. However, there are specific exceptions extending into 2026.
For employees with school-aged children and confirmed roles within the new organization, relocation is expected to take place during the summer of 2026. After July 1, 2026, the only personnel remaining in San Ramon will be those scheduled to exit the company by year-end. These individuals will be responsible for managing transition-related activities.
We’ve been informed that there will be no exceptions for employees continuing with the company to remain in San Ramon beyond July 2026. Most VPs overseeing personnel have access to a standardized Q&A document. If you have questions, please reach out directly to your group’s VP for clarification.
While we understand this may be a significant change, remaining in San Ramon is not a viable option moving forward.
Meetings are out of control
I swear, more and more hours are being eaten up by endless check-ins with no real purpose. Work slows down while we have to listen to pointless updates and calls. Everyone is rightfully frustrated over this - outside of those who have nothing else to do as it is. Letting the rest of us focus without constant interruptions would make a huge difference.
This job is just a stopgap
After several years here, it feels like nothing more than a temporary pit stop. Layoffs keep coming, and management uses all sorts of tricks to push people out quietly. I’m planning to stick it out a bit longer to weather the storm, but I already know I’ll be looking for something more stable and rewarding soon.
your job is not your family - it is a transaction.
companies might smile, send emails, and say they care, but the second you cost them money, raise a pr concern, or even trip over some tiny clause in your endless contract, they’ll cut ties without blinking. it doesn’t take a mistake - if business turns bad, you and your coworkers can disappear overnight. that whole “we’re all family here” line? it’s marketing, not reality.
work already takes more of your time than the people you truly care about. it weighs heavier on your mental health than most parts of life. and in the end, if they need to, they will replace you.
so remember: employers are not friends, not family. they exchange money for your time and effort, nothing more. your part is to do the work, not sacrifice yourself.
here is our mantra:
- protect your time with family and friends
- protect your mental health from being drained by a job
- stand by your own values instead of bending to fit in
- don’t fall for hustle culture - it demands more than it gives
Livonia
It'd be good if she was to pack up and go back to Livonia. Wishful thinking, it was actually me who is being sent back to Lansing. Nothing more to add aside from wishing every one the best in hope that you all will have better luck than I had. This used to be a great place to work at and with time that shiny aura has morphed into something much darker.
Now is beyond the time to leave Xerox
Or what’s left of it. Why people are still here after being destroyed by this company is beyond me. Even with no skills you can sweep floors. I would feel so much better telling someone that I left this industry and decided to take a job in maintenance and cleaning. At least they would know that I have work ethic and a conscious as well. Incredible that people stay here, just waiting to be sleighed, one by one. To think you will find a magic bullet that fixes all this, after what they have done, is insane lunacy.
You don’t need to explain to anyone. Just leave and be done with it. The healing begins immediately after that.
But you need to make turns first step before your department is wiped out and eliminated.
SF is the is the worst of the worst! Bottom of the trash barrel
The worst thing about SF is that it's a Mutual Company and there is no one to hold the Executives accountable for their actions. A Mutual Company works when the Executives are in it for the mutual benefit of the policyholders and employees. When you get incompetent and immoral leaders in place (MT, JF, CS, KC) they can abuse the system. They fleece the policyholders and employees out of every penny they can to enrich themselves. Shareholders are not much better but they usually demand a level of competence that we do not have. They make changes when stuff does not work. Shareholders would fire all these incompetent goons and get away from the useless agency model. We have been hiding for a long time behind the SF Mutual Company and MK getting called in front of a congressional panel recently scared the sh-t of some Execs because they saw the possibility of getting found out. It will catch them....they are all crooks! There used to be some honor among thieves. It is ok to lay people off, give them a severance package and then let them draw unemployment while they are looking of a job. There is a right way and wrong way to sc--w people over. State Farm, they just torture employees, make them miserable and try to force them out. They lie, manipulate, con and use every other ba----d arrss tactic to try to destroy people. Run away from this place as soon as you can.
