Oxy cuts when oil prices are down, when they are up, when results are bad, and even when they are good. Basically, it can happen at any time. It is best to always expect layoffs here.

Bonus payout was good but anyone else get laughable salary adjustment?

With the big jump in oil price, I expected stock price of the oil majors (particularly the ones that don’t ship through the strait) to jump proportionately. They are actually flat or slightly down. Thoughts?

Tankless facilities are expensive and they don't work, oxyrock just came up with a facility design that's half the price and still uses tanks like normal and is about same emissions as tanked.
