Are new employees treated differently, or is it luck of the draw like everyone else?
Cut your losses
If there ever was a time to drop this place like a hot potato, it's now.
New team structures ( India, Serbia etc)

New Opportunities
is there any particular company that anyone is aware of that typically hires a lot of FIS employees? Something similar to black knight for example.
Severance
Can anyone share if they were able to negotiate severance and what was offered?
From the news
September 15, 2025: Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) will cut 133 roles at its Bellevue office. https://intellizence.com/insights/layoff-downsizing/major-companies-that-announced-mass-layoffs/
FIS lost all employee trust
With the way they’re handling this, the damage is going to last long after it’s over. Nobody here trusts leadership anymore. Nobody believes in them or their ability to steer the ship. I don’t think they grasp how bad it is for a company to... — read more

Best people will be impacted once again
I'd like to think this will be performance-base, but we all know that's never been true. They'll get rid of the highest earners who are usually the highest performers as well, crippling the company once again. Layoffs would be easier to swallow if... — read more
Stock down yet again!
Even the market knows we have no clear strategy!
Do we know yet what’s going down next week?
Any idea who’s going to be impacted?
Anything going on this week?
Hopefully we are all set now. I heard of a guy who got his severance mail before he had his meeting from HR. Pretty su-ky
FIS is F&cked

Complete chaos
I used to feel like there was at least some sort of plan behind the chaos, but lately it’s obvious no one at the top knows what they’re doing. We're stuck with incompetent management and until that changes, things will only continue to get worse. I... — read more
Outsourced
I was outsourced from FT a few years back. That was the worst thing that happened in my career. Going from a nice in-house job to this cost cutting garbage company. I wish that never happened.
Fire Stephanie Ferris!
Since taking over FIS, she has been paid on average 20m a year in total comp but the stock price has gone up $6 from accelerated CEO date of December 16, 2023 to September 10, 2025. In the meantime, she has paid millions of dollars to third party... — read more

Losing my health coverage is my biggest fear
I just keep thinking, if they lay me off, what happens with my health insurance? I’ve got bills, prescriptions, and a family depending on it. Losing a paycheck is one thing, but losing coverage on top of that feels terrifying.

RIFs mid September
Anyone know which teams and roles are going to be impacted in next round of RIFs (9/17 and 9/18).
Can we volunteer our name on the RIF list?
At this point…can we volunteer to be let go? And if so, do volunteers get the payout? It’s seems like a better deal than staying behind to drown in work and await other rounds of RIFs… So, how do we get our name on the list?
Has SLF already left the building?

Leadership incompetence at its best!

Spreading layoffs all year is ruining morale and productivity
To anyone in executive leadership who may read this. It's important that you understand the climate that is being created at FIS. I'm not going to argue in this post for having less overall cuts, but rather to get them over with next time. I... — read more
New hire wondering about layoffs

STEPHAINE Selfish Tyrant Egotistical Predatory Heartless Amoral Insensitive Narcissistic Evil
Treasury AI and RIF timing
All I see today is news on the new treasury AI from FIS. Nothing about the layoffs. Well timed press to cover up the layoffs? Well timed to make it seem like the "jump" in profit looks like its coming from this so shareholders spend more? Thoughts?
What to expect next week?
This week was brutal. The rumors are endless, and it would be a relief to know for sure if we can at least take a breather for a couple of days. But honestly, I’m not feeling very optimistic.
