I’m getting a lot of “my purpose“ recognition notifications from a bunch of executives I have never met and aren’t even in my hierarchy. Like I don’t report to them in any way shape or form. Almost like they are mistakingly recognizing me, when they mean to recognize somebody else. Has anyone else? I appreciate the effort, but considering how awful this company has been to work for the last two or three years it seems pretty disingenuous. The engagement survey starts next week, the new CEO starts today, etc. It just feels like a bunch of exacts are trying to cover their a-s.

Take Care
Heard from someone it will be all week which is so brutal. What a nightmare of a company. I’m sure I. Cruz over HR is sleeping just fine though.
Slack #General
Would someone be kind enough to monitor Slack's #General count?
I am ex-Oracle and have no access.
Go luck everyone and hope that everything works out for you.
Top Secret EISP
WTF? Can anybody post your state, the job titles and areas? TIA for any useful info.
Stolen Ideas
Every time I bring up an idea my supervisor has someone else work on it and then pretends like it was their idea. How am I ever going to assess well when the feedback is always that you have to do more than your job description?
Has anyone actually seen employee survey results yet?
Doesn't usually take this long. I didn't expect them to be positive because points at everything, but with how long they've been holding back results, they must be BAD bad this year.
Anyone heard anything?

Let’s talk about JS
Come on! Can we be real here!
EG Conference
LOL. They got tired of planting employee questions from the audience. Playing Jeopardy - made up their own questions to answer. Too funny.
There have been at least four reviews of Gina Vargiu-Breuer's conduct since she joined in 2024
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-08-25/sap-renewed-hr-chief-s-term-after-probes-cleared-her-of-fault
“SAP treats all misconduct allegations with the utmost seriousness and is committed to handling them through rigorous, fair, and thorough review processes,” the company, the supervisory board and Vargiu-Breuer said in an email. There was “no evidence of misconduct” by Vargiu-Breuer, according to the statement. “The Supervisory Board carefully considered all relevant information, including critical feedback, and decided to extend Gina Vargiu-Breuer’s contract based on a comprehensive assessment of her performance, leadership, and contribution to SAP’s transformation.”
Law Department?
What’s happening?
OMG every post here is down-voted majorly
What gives?
Dan the wee man...
This is a great site. Really.
People come here with good questions, stupid questions, and occasionally questions so id--tic they achieve a kind of accidental brilliance. That’s society. We live with it.
But we also know this forum has a dedicated HR “team” reading pretty much every post and repost. And, apparently, the “moderators” occasionally lend a hand by making particularly effective posts disappear.
Not insider trading. Not NDA material. Not confidential information.
Just good, sharp criticism of the current leadership.
And my favorite feature—arguably the best health indicator on the entire site—is the down-arrow brigade.
Mention a particularly sensitive subject and, within minutes, the arrows start raining down. You couldn’t ask for a better diagnostic: someone hit a nerve.
And apparently that nerve belongs to the oligarchy.
So, to the HR “team” and the helpful moderators: please, keep it up. The disappearing posts and instant downvotes are remarkably refreshing. They tell us far more than you probably intended. Like that is gonna fix your problem
And to the people running this place: you’re welcome.
We’ll keep asking the uncomfortable questions, poking the obvious holes, and—apparently—keeping your lazy as--s employed.
Try not to delete this one too quickly. It’s almost a compliment.
More leadership gone?
Is Tanya McNally also no longer at Centene? I see her showing as "presence unknown"........
Undercover video
Be mindful that some employees are carrying undercover cameras on them and recoding workplace infractions. Belk can be liable for these workplace violations.
🚨Please be aware, we are experiencing extremely long wait times. Your ticket will be addressed as soon as possible.
Find this funny and ironic this notification going on for months on the employee IT support slack channel. Looks like Ai agents ate going a great job after getting rid of humans.
You can sue your manager or supervisor personally!
I’m just gonna put this right here. Nike HR and Legal are there to protect the company. You can file a complaint through the EEOC and BOLI but completely separate you can sue your manager. Nike wants you to give up and give in. They want you to believe that what they are doing is ok. Keep solid documentation and take care of yourself! You are not defined by the swoosh or the toxic leadership.
Under ORS 659A, individual supervisors and managers can be held personally liable for discrimination, retaliation, or creating/allowing a hostile work environment — not just the company.
Tech All Employees
I just Effin love how they delete questions.
Whoever that HR woman is, you give absolutely no warm and fuzzy feelings to everyone who feels unsafe or unsure in this environment.

I would rather post here. Please list other issues.
Rebadge / Layoffs
Let’s discuss rebadging and layoffs here exclusively.
Ideally we would keep discussions about layoffs and rebadges right here. Discussions get pushed down as new posts come in. However your own interactions with posts are recorded. If you comment on this post this site will continue to alert you about other comments on that thread. It’s still effectively anonymous unless Verizon knows someone that owns this domain. Which given how tone deaf leadership is around anything discussed here. It’s unlikely that is the case.
Intel crime breaking news
You hear it first here at this sh---y place. Man want to ki-l his manager/coworker and burn up the facility and fabs

Why are we told surveys are anonymous?
Bullet point #3 on the survey states -
You can access the survey from any computer, but you must be logged into your EH account via your Domain ID.
Why does this organization think people are so stupid?
Activity Tracking
So apparently we’re being told our activity is being tracked… but no one can tell us what activity they’ve tracking yet. 😂
Like… what exactly are you monitoring? Keyboard activity? Teams status? Logins? Time in applications? Mouse movement? Because I’M WORKING LOL.
“We’ll let you know soon what’s being tracked” is such a wild thing to tell employees. What the f&$% are we doing here?! 😂
Ai agent on IT support for employees.
How is your experience?
For me it's been 3 weeks unable to access Oracle network. My ticket is still awaiting resolution and my colleague is following up on behalf of me. I didn't work for nearly 2 weeks.
Ai agent is keep generating responses that is not resolving the issue.
Calls to talk to a real human is taking a long time.
What would make things better for you?
Honest question. I see so much dissatisfaction here. Im one of the dissatisfied too. I know execs come here to read what we really have to say. Maybe we can take a sec to anonymously tell them what would help and see if they actually care to listen and do something. So what would improve your experience at FIS?
Assume They Are Lying To You
You can assume that whatever they are telling you now will be used against you in three months.

One of these days the narcissistic baldy will say something that will get him canned. God willing.
Just to be clear, CSG folks have NO leg to stand on about ISG when they put a literal AI slop hardware button on their laptops.

Anything?
Seeing account deactivations being enqueued again
I work for a team that manages OIM data. I reported seeing account deactivations being enqueued before the last round of layoffs and got some denial pushback from people here. Well I just wanted to say, again, I’m seeing account deactivations being enqueued in our system. I can’t share who since I’m not going to make that query in my name (I just maintain the health of the databases). But the tables are populating.
Hope everyone will be ok. I lost some friends in the last big round.

Project Teams
Any insight to what is going to happen to the project claims analyst?
I feel they will be needed for a very long time but I feel alot are in the dark especially now with the 500M purchase of that company that will process more claims with AI and overseas.
