Client executive role the poison chalice ?

I’ve been watching these new CE get their number and realise that they actually are responsible for ITOM Business networks and Cyber. I’ve been invited to their meetings for input…… The ITOM business and Cyber haven’t done big deals in years…..

Has anyone noticed this

Meeting invites

Wf is in the rear view mirror for me now. I do recall a particularly odd event that happened to me and a few select others in my dept. Some received this random email along with a ton of others thru out the building. Wanting to know our opinions on things on stance about location strategy. Didn't really go over anything specific though it was vague but to be at certain room at a certain time.

I even asked my manager and she said she had absolutely no clue why, but go anyway. She had nothing to with it and she wasn't even on the list.
I was already incredibly nervous anyway because a month prior half the team was laid off out of the blue.

Good luck everybody.

For most of us, we're going into office full time. I am not in an office that requires people to go in office every day (yet).

Just remember, stay safe. This is just a job. Jobs are not worth our lives. Be careful driving in the parking lots.

I'm sorry this is happening.

Supervision Control Center

Since nothing else works and they are more worried about what’s on this website? Will someone please let the leaders of P66 know that the supervisors in the control center or never at work and if they do show up it’s only for a couple hours at a time it’s been like this for past year.

Is the executive revolving door at Centene a sign of the end, or just a major pivot?

With so many executives leaving, it's hard not to wonder is Centene on its last legs, or is the company just going through a brutal restructuring?

Now we have a new CFO coming in from outside the healthcare industry. Will bringing in non-healthcare financial leadership turn the ship around, or will the steep learning curve just drive us further down?

Honest thoughts? Starting to get really worried about where we’re heading. :/

Massive Layoff's at HQ

So, as of this morning, there was a huge shakeup in Canton. Many people who supported the field and leadership are now gone. It seems like the clowns are now fully in charge of the circus. Not going to drop the names, but take a look around... and this is just weeks after another round was done. This is only the beginning; it's going to get worse.

School District Cuts Over 500 Staff

The Long Beach Unified School District has laid off more than 500 employees to address a significant financial deficit. These cuts include temporary certified staff, federally-funded Head Start program employees, librarians, and various support staff. District employees express deep concern that these layoffs will negatively impact student learning, wellness, and increase the workload for remaining staff. Despite these concerns, the district maintains that core student services will be protected. The decision comes as the district faces a nearly $70 million budget shortfall.

Huron Consulting Group Concluding Soon

From the ITS newsletter: "The Future Platform Evaluation initiative, led in partnership with Huron Consulting Group, will conclude in early September with recommendations and a high-level roadmap for our future direction. This effort has been shaped through close collaboration between ITS leaders and partners from across SNHU and will provide an important foundation for future decision-making."

Anyone else worried that layoffs are coming?

I despise this company and leadership team

Honestly they couldn't organise a pi-s up in a brewery at this point

Who in their right state of mind advises employees that the coming weeks were going to be very difficult and then absolute radio silence from that point on

Has the man got dementia or something

Sick to death of all the bullcr-p. Morale simply couldn't go any lower

STCB News Please

I know there have already been quite a few posts about STCB, but still I wanted to ask again because I genuinely want to understand what the plan is going forward.

For me, the biggest confusion is whether it makes sense to start looking outside and jump to another company earlier than I had planned, or just stay with STCB, take it a little easy, and see how things settle down. With so much uncertainty, even a little clarity on the future would really help.

D Day for ITC and soon it will be closed

People are pretty upset about the new VP from Walmart. Word is he's already having a tough time over there, so everyone is scratching their heads as to why Nike decided to bring him on. It feels like ITC is about to head downhill, and with no other locations to rescue, GT in trouble and shift everything back to PHK.

India layoff

Will Dan lay off the entire Indian workforce, despite its established presence in India since 2000? Many employees appear to have been quietly removed by senior directors and HR. This raises serious concerns about the future of the Indian workforce and the organization’s long-standing presence in the country.
