Our leader just hides while our company is attacked daily. This guy has no control over any situation or any type of plan. You just get 10 minutes of him reading off a script every three months on an earnings call. You can hear him flip the pages it’s so embarrassing.

I’ve been watching these new CE get their number and realise that they actually are responsible for ITOM Business networks and Cyber. I’ve been invited to their meetings for input…… The ITOM business and Cyber haven’t done big deals in years…..

Wf is in the rear view mirror for me now. I do recall a particularly odd event that happened to me and a few select others in my dept. Some received this random email along with a ton of others thru out the building. Wanting to know our opinions on things on stance about location strategy. Didn't really go over anything specific though it was vague but to be at certain room at a certain time.

I even asked my manager and she said she had absolutely no clue why, but go anyway. She had nothing to with it and she wasn't even on the list.
I was already incredibly nervous anyway because a month prior half the team was laid off out of the blue.

How many employees are put in the lowest two buckets (needs improvement and developing contributor) . What if you have been unfairly out into that bucket. Is there any point in challenging it ?

When what you hear from the CEO is completely different from what he is instructing his directs to do, it’s time to go.

These upper id--ts will just send in whatever they want and load up our backrooms and pi-s off store management. Mondelez upper management is so clueless.

Does anyone know which departments or systems have been impacted? Concerned about our information getting out.

Dental claims has 2 new hire offshore classes with 40(+?) people. There are not even 40 people on this team currently. The odds are pretty high for this team to be laid off, isn't it? 😫

Why I have been hearing is a bit concerning. May be everyone already knows this. But they want to move the entire engineering teams to Offshire. Fully functioning teams. There will be an onshore counterpart for every team.

Doesn't usually take this long. I didn't expect them to be positive because points at everything, but with how long they've been holding back results, they must be BAD bad this year.

I just learned that the bank pays thousands of dollars to "win" the Most Ethical Companies award that we "win" every year and brag about everywhere even on our screen savers. All the companies that "win" pay Ethicsphere for the award. Is that ethical?

My so call manager spend so much time on presents report. Why can't we see their presents report? How about Stankey, pretty sure he works from home at least some of the time.

I am amazed that host governments are letting ExxonMobil continue to do less and less in terms of local benefits. Jobs that could be local are now in India. How is this allowed?

Whoa, looks like Stripe just didn’t like what they saw. Now the next guy gets even cheaper. I wonder how long until Enrique gets fired? He was brought on to execute faster but he can’t even do layoffs timely. We’ve been talking for MONTHS layoffs.

With so many executives leaving, it's hard not to wonder is Centene on its last legs, or is the company just going through a brutal restructuring?

Now we have a new CFO coming in from outside the healthcare industry. Will bringing in non-healthcare financial leadership turn the ship around, or will the steep learning curve just drive us further down?

So, as of this morning, there was a huge shakeup in Canton. Many people who supported the field and leadership are now gone. It seems like the clowns are now fully in charge of the circus. Not going to drop the names, but take a look around... and this is just weeks after another round was done. This is only the beginning; it's going to get worse.

I have heard from several sources that 4,000 employees are being let go on Monday. Take it with a grain of salt because this is all a game of telephone

Somewhere, there's a spreadsheet with your name on it. The criteria could be anything, tenure, pay, age, or who knows what. Just make sure you're ready.

I know there have already been quite a few posts about STCB, but still I wanted to ask again because I genuinely want to understand what the plan is going forward.

For me, the biggest confusion is whether it makes sense to start looking outside and jump to another company earlier than I had planned, or just stay with STCB, take it a little easy, and see how things settle down. With so much uncertainty, even a little clarity on the future would really help.

People are pretty upset about the new VP from Walmart. Word is he's already having a tough time over there, so everyone is scratching their heads as to why Nike decided to bring him on. It feels like ITC is about to head downhill, and with no other locations to rescue, GT in trouble and shift everything back to PHK.

Sorry to hear that the Houston accounting has been gutted. It is starting to feel their goal is to eliminate all US positions possible, and have everything in Canada. Who is next?
