Does anyone have insider info on the recent announcement that DF is stepping into a smaller role? Was he pushed out, or did he choose the move? RV Ops culture is abysmal in my experience, super high strung and controlling. How do people feel about the new leader?

Does anyone actually know what is going on? The total lack of communication or transparency makes it seem ominous.

Is it time to have a conversation on who was a worse CHRO? RM or MG? Entire organization is falling apart while looking head on to more layoffs.

What would happen if we all send an email to directly Arvind requesting more salary instead of RAs?

There have been little to no chatter about more layoffs. Is this something to welcome or worry it's the calm before the storm?

3hr end-of-day call for his entire org plus the legal AVP and HR Principal that are usually "optional" invitees. There's already a 1hr Town Hall on 26-Aug, and three weeks notice for the invitation seems like an awfully long warning for a "you're all fired" meeting. Anybody have any real information?

Don't expect the company to care. It never will.

Email stating no code changes in ANY environment from October 2026 until August 1, 2027, except for “keep the lights on”. Do we really think FMMC is going to let that many employees sit there with no productivity that long?

Manager is not able to provide justification for the ratings he has given. he is 64 years old survived multiple layoffs , he is in same department for 26 years stil did not know basic stuff what the product his team has development.

I know there are layoffs happening this Monday 8/24. Does anyone have any intel on the scope?

For the last two or three years we’ve had so many RIFs, and I cannot figure out why. I’ve been here for almost 17 years and this is just so unusual. We are walking on eggshells feeling like it could be us any day. There seems to be no rhyme or reason, and we seriously wonder if the company is just falling apart. Does anybody have any insight into why we’re having so many RIFs?

If the contract ends in December, will PCR, SICC, and ALC layoffs happen starting in October? Or will they cut us right before Christmas? I’ve been a PCR for 6 years. Preparing for my next move. About what percentage of the staff will remain? At least 25%?
