How much are these people making on WPA deals? Seeing a $600mil+ WPA for a financial services customer and curious how commission works for them. Are these folks just raking it in or are their caps on commission?

Just got laid off after 6 years on the same team in Cisco Meraki engineering.

Numerous folks impacted, few product lines closed - thanks to AI. 20% cut in low margin product lines. 2months on payroll+3months pkg+1 week for every year post 5+yrs. Other geography: tomorrow.

The layoffs are happening despite the lack of news!
