Continued Efforts to Create Attrition

Enterprise Reimagined was positioned as a top down reorganization to ensure headcount was aligned to efforts appropriately. People were laid off, demoted, and moved to new teams. The dust on all of that hasn't settled yet and the firm is introducing more policies that obviously intend to get people to quit. Enterprise Reimagined should have accomplished any headcount reduction goals.

Bonus levels right after this were a 9 instead of a 10...so these changes aren't even yielding expected profits since the norm has been to have level 10 bonuses.

Such a colossal waste of time. Leadership is more interested in torturing home office associates and exerting control rather than creating business results.

Raises are happening

Retention bonus for APAC people who are expected to keep things going now that seelscum is gone. Same thing happened when luxoft lost their CFO and ramneth was brought on. If you are not getting a retention bonus you are not needed. But be very aware that they are there and 5-6 figures.

I’m confused - bonus

I’m so confused. None of my bosses / leaders have said anything about no bonuses. I haven’t received any emails about no bonuses. But on here there’s so many posts of people speaking with such authority about no more bonuses.

Is this still just a rumor? Or has something been shared?

Determining resignation date for bonus

The bonus plan states you must not have resigned or be on notice period on the award payment date, which is defined as:

"Calendar date on which payroll initiates delivery of the non-deferred cash portion of an award or if an award is solely in equity or deferred cash issuance of the award to a participant."

Does anyone know what date payroll initiates delivery?

Bonuses/Raise predictions.

Let’s hear bonus/raise predictions for 2026….

My prediction
Healthy bonuses
High performers - 15%
Moderate performers - 8%
Low performers - 3%

Low inflationary raises for older high earners regardless of performance
Youngish high performers - 10-15%
Youngish moderate performers - 5-6%
Youngish low performers - inflationary

This years bonus payout?

Wondering if they announced yet. I heard it's going to be 150% not because of company performance but from the fact that so many employees are pi---d off they are using it for people to stay. Before everyone jumps on me for being a bitter ex employee, they wouldn't be continuing to lay off people if they were doing well plus I was very grateful for my severance package!

Disappointed

Disappointed in the firm. Not only was I reimagined , received a demotion and changed from salary to hourly, but that put me into a category where my merit raise is about 1% and bonuses are half of what I used to get . Not to mention the force back to office 4 days a week, tracking your location when you open up documents. Since when did this turn into highschool?
Why is this happening? I have been at the firm a long time. Nothing like this has ever happened. So much for work life balance

Can my last day of work be on a Saturday?

If I don’t get laid off tomorrow (Tuesday 2/3) I will resign on bonus payout day 2/13. I have another job lined up but they are very flexible on start day. I need to give 30 days notice at WF, can my last day of work be Saturday 3/14? Or do I need to work until Monday 3/16?

It’s unlikely that I’ll be laid off tomorrow unfortunately.

Advice/Intel from anyone who has been laid off

Hi, I have been feeling super nervous about some of the things I have been hearing around re-orgs within the company and am fairly certain my position will be eliminated.

For those of you who have recently been laid off by CVS for that matter, hoping you can share some wisdom..

How did the process go?
Did you get your bonus from the previous year (if you are eliminated before it is paid out)?
Were you given adequate resources to find another role internally?
Anything specific I should ask the HR person if I do get notified?

Any intel would help. I can see the writing on the wall and trying to get myself as prepared as possible. Thanks in advance!

Question for those formerly displaced..

If you were previously displaced, did you get your annual bonus? Or do they find a reason not to give it? I had a “meets” rating at midyear before displaced in Oct. so didn’t get an annual review due to the timing. I met the eligibility cut off because I was employed through September 30, 2025. Thank you.

I would prefer not hearing from anybody just speculating, rather people who have been displaced and can speak on experience.
