I applied for VSP and I can honestly say that after 15 yrs with company I am ok if they offer an earlier separation date than 09/04. I’m truly exhausted with all the changes within the company over that past few years. I don’t know what the future holds for me but I’m gonna step out on faith. My mental can’t survive this place much longer. Anyone else feeling like this?
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (SGWS) will slash 1% of its workforce as it implements a more tech-heavy business model, the beverage-alcohol distributor announced Tuesday afternoon.

Long gone - retired just before and during the Operation Excellence phase of the merger. After that all he-l came in from Frank. Jeff Y was gone to a house in Florida with a ton of cash. Everybody else learned SAPIENCE at the risk of termination. Yes there were problems of course - even IBM could su-k up a disaster or two. But the relatively good firm was shot full of holes. Am very sad at what it has become today.
Anyone know of changes happening this month?
Is there anybody in senior leadership who could actually turn things around if they were given free rein?
I do. I can't believe how much things have changed in the 12 years since I joined.
North Carolina lawmakers propose significant changes to the IOLTA program. This fund traditionally provides civil legal aid to low-income state residents. The new budget bill would restrict eligibility and redirect most incoming money. Funds would primarily support indigent criminal defense, not civil legal services. Groups involved in immigration or advocacy work would also be excluded from grants.

I noticed some changes in the Customer Service area. I think that the main guy that came from Cigna, a VP in Customer Service, is no longer with HCSC. Is this a one off thing? Or is the trend now to replace leadership coming from Cigna with HCSC leadership?
We used to have a sick leave policy where you could take a half day sick leave or up to two days sick leave without a doctor's note. This is being changed so every half day or full day of sick leave needs a doctor's note. If there is no note, the leave would be considered as being out of office without permission and can cause suspension. This will come into effect from August or September.
SAP lobbied the current government to pass this resolution. How is the sick leave policy in your country?
Every applicant is subject to approval. So they can control the numbers regardless of if more or less people applied than anticipated. For them to change the notification date by that much, I think there is something more going on.
Here’s to hoping BP moves HQ to the U.S.A. Make British Petroleum, American Petroleum. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Chartwells is cutting 153 jobs. These job cuts are effective July 1. The university is changing its food service vendor. Sodexo will replace Chartwells as the new provider. Sodexo plans to offer employment to many current staff.

You heard it here first! Grouping the ROW together simply doesn't work!
New Geo Structure;
North America / Latin America - VP, TP - HQ: Beaverton and Mexico City
Europe / Middle East / Africa - VP, CG - HQ: Hilversum
Greater China / Asia Pacific - VP, CS - HQ: Shanghai and Seoul
Simplified to 3 Geos and taking advantage of geographic proximity.
Buckle up. Due to lack of meeting business needs VP shake up w large team shake ups & possible layoffs are on the table. Business behind all of it
For people who are leaving VZ to join the new joint venture with BT, have you been given any information as to what your role will look like in the new org?
For people who have been told you are staying with VZ and not transitioning over, have you been told what your role will look like?
This is what Centene is bracing for. We are already down in membership and this will definitely TANK the Medicaid LOB starting in January. Will the states be ready for this? What is the company doing to prepare for this change besides laying people off?

Wondering what is coming up - gut feeling says something huge is about to happen

BitGo announced a 15% staff reduction. The company cited changes in the evolving ecosystem. BitGo will now concentrate on security, trading, stablecoins, settlement, and AI-powered infrastructure. This reduction follows widening net losses despite strong revenue growth. BitGo's stock fell 4.76% on the New York Stock Exchange.

All this stuff about how we operate is only for sales and their go to market strategy, for everyone else there are no changes and no layoffs
Compulsion Games has begun layoffs. An unknown number of employees are affected. The company initiated these staff reductions. Specific details about the cuts are not provided in the article. This action represents a change in its workforce.

If you could change things around, what would you do? Is there anyone who could fix what's broken? Who would you put in charge?
I went from being terrified AI bubble was going to burst resulting in me losing my job to losing my job anyhow, changing the industry, and now watching as the bubble strains, eating popcorn and cheering for all of those who got rid of us to lose everything when it happens.
So I’ve been hearing that we are no longer going to service independent stores ? Has anyone had this happened in their region ? Mostly Hispanic stores in my area that are considered d stores
Guess we need a new forum in a week.
Heard last week that centralization for IT analysts will begin soon for all medicaid markets.
Check your in office workday goal as it was changed on 04/29 from 3 plus full days per week to "more than 60%".
There were always cuts, that's part of the business. But I didn't expect the culture to change so completely and so fast. I swear, it became toxic almost overnight. The environment is now completely unrecognizable. It'd almost be fascinating, if it didn't affect us all so much.
GC isn't workinmg out!
Meg joined BP with a lot of fanfare from media and industry group. The employees appear to admire and hope that she is a change agent who will bring about stability, profitability and a sense of purpose to a fragmented and often troubled company.
Will Meg deliver the goods? The company appears to have the same initiatives as MA did and she stood up the same BL and MA actors..”leaders” when will surgical cuts start appearing when will teams be right sized?
MaryAnne Morin out? DH announced new CMO effective 7/14……..whose next?
This is from 1999 when we saw share prices drop by 24 percent just wondered if they dusted this off from an old set of meeting minutes..it feel awful familiar.
"In April, Thoman unveiled a plan to remake Xerox’s image as a technology company instead of a copier maker. The shift, which involves realigning the sales force, is designed to let Xerox sell customized packages of consulting services, software and machines that the company says will generate half its revenue in the next decade."
The Simplicity plans and no free phone promos. Easier way to transition corporate locations into resellers. The staff will already be trained.
When will ELT and Sr Leaders slow down the type and quantity of change they are shoving down our throats?! I understand that change is required in any organization, but for fcks sake give us a change to digest these changes and understand them before you dump more on us!
Change fatigue is real, and is the main reason I want to leave but probably won't because of the amount of $$ I have wrapped up in my LP. Plus, I don't want the tax hit from having to sell it if I leave and work for a competing firm.
But seriously... just fckng leave us alone for a hot minute.
Today they’re announcing some regional merging
What happened to sales? Not a single person could speak without reading a script. Can any of them be authentic like SV? Just speak naturally instead of something you clearly know nothing about.
One of the regional heads in the USA spoke for 10mins about a deal when she seemed to have NO understanding of either the deal or the client. It was brutal. And the head of DSS for gods sake just kept going nonstop.
It was refreshing to see the head of client solutions speak from the heart and provide real facts instead of reading from script.
Please Change this org. They cut engineering but not this? Shame!
Well, with all the changes coming to the promotions and plans, I really hope the things turn around.
I think the changes are remarkable and will bring the real value.
But.....
The team that is handling the front end websites and links, you guys are sc--wing over verizon.
The link shared by Dan on LinkedIn currently routes to a 404 error page.
Furthermore, the website navigation is highly confusing; broken links are common, and refreshing pages inconsistently switches pricing between $30/line and $45/line. Finally, several phone selection options appear interactive but are entirely unclickable.
