Exec and other senior leaders… next ones up?

Who replaces MKW? Obvious choice right now is EB

Upstream CN? BK, RB?
CFO EB -> JG
Downstream AW?
Subsurface JK?
Wells JS?

Turnaround, Capital Projects, FE movements probably not from retirements as those guys are pretty young still

MN and ES roles probably just go away and save the company millions

Veritas ruined Gainwell and HMS

Is their strategy to hire more VPs and fire people who understand the business? Veritas - if you are reading this...you are stressing out the staff and ruining what should be a profitable well run business. Stop hiring d-mb VPs who don't know the business and start taking care of your long-time staff. Your bad decisions are risking the point of no return. Who's going to buy this business when our competitors can wait for bids and just take our contracts. HMS used to be a great business but everyone who remembers the 'good old days' is gone. The executives are waiting for their big payday and couldn't care less. This is a model of how not to run a business or how to run a decent business into the ground. If you are an executive: Make smarter decisions or resign! The good staff at Gainwell are tired of this sh-t! Veritas should be embarrassed at how this acquisition turned out! You are a bunch of losers!!

BPOs

I'm beginning to hear more and more that the BPOs are not performing as expected. The hubs didn't perform as expected so why State Farm chose to go backwards and outsource work no one can explain, intelligently. to us. I guess we should feel better, job security and all, but I don't. I'm hoping SF sees the error in their ways but I have a feeling we'll be laid off long before they figure that out. They told us that the people in the BPOs were highly educated, as if they are better than American workers. State Farm will end up in the 3rd spot sooner than they think if things continue on this way. Who is advising the company? The executives? A consulting firm? Something seems so wrong.

I went through Nike board directors & Upper Management profiles

And there is only one african american in board of directors.

what is the excuse?

Nike conducts majority of their business to African Americans.
Nike's sales and future designs are influenced by African AMericans.
Nike acts like they are fair and equitable company but it is evidently not true.

If I went through their profiles in 1990s, I am very sure I will have same impression.

When will Nike star hiring upper management people who are African Americans!!!

Don't just try to sell to African American be opened and fair to African Americans too.

This is 2026 and not 1970

How much does each humana executive make annually?

According to Humana's regulatory proxy filings submitted to the SEC, top executive compensation is primarily driven by performance-based stock awards and incentives.
For the most recent fiscal year (2025), here is how much each of Humana's top executives earned in total annual compensation:

2025 Top Executive Compensation

  • Celeste M. Mellet (Chief Financial Officer): $18.92 million total compensation. This included a $1.11 million base salary, a $6 million signing bonus, and $10.65 million in equity awards.
  • James A. Rechtin (President & Chief Executive Officer): $18.76 million total compensation. This consisted of a $1.35 million base salary, $13.87 million in stock awards, and $3.03 million in cash incentive pay.
  • Michelle A. O'Hara (Chief Human Resources Officer): $8.94 million total compensation. This included a $715,385 base salary, a $2.5 million bonus, and $4.86 million in stock awards.
  • Susan M. Diamond (Former Chief Financial Officer): $2.4 million total compensation during her remaining transition tenure with the company.

Breakdown of a Typical Executive Pay Package
Executive packages at Humana Inc. generally follow a rigid, performance-linked structure:

  1. Base Salary: Typically ranges from $700,000 to $1.35 million. This accounts for less than 10% of their ultimate take-home pay.
  2. Equity and Stock Awards: The vast majority of compensation (often 70% to 90%) is paid out in stock and option awards tied directly to shareholder value.
  3. Non-Equity Incentive Plan: Annual performance bonuses determined by specific metrics like Adjusted EPS and Medicare Advantage membership growth.

🔥 OMNICELL: WHERE EVERYONE IS A VP… AND SOMEONE STILL HAS TO DO THE WORK

Seriously, how many VPs does one company need?

At Omnicell, the org chart sometimes feels less like a lean healthcare technology company and more like a VP convention with an occasional product roadmap thrown in.

You have to wonder:

👉 What does everyone actually do all day?
👉 How many “strategic alignment” meetings or “workshops” can one organization possibly have?
👉 And how many VPs does it take to schedule another meeting with the other VPs?

Then there are titles that make you stop and wonder whether the role exists because the company genuinely needs it—or because somebody needed another box on the organizational chart.

And yes… VP of Internal Communications.

That one might actually be justified. Someone has to spend all day figuring out how to turn:

“We’re eliminating your position”

into

“We’re strategically realigning our workforce to unlock future opportunities.” 😂

Maybe the real innovation at Omnicell isn’t automation.

It’s automating the creation of executive titles.

How many VPs are too many?

Asking for the shareholders. 👀

PP sighting off campus over weekend

I’m a former Jones associate who was laid off through a VSP. I was at West County Mall Saturday with a friend who also used to work for Jones, but left long before the current nonsense. After we parted ways, she stopped at Michael’s and ran into Penny, then shared it in our group chat.

My first thought? Damn, I wish I’d gone with her. I would’ve loved the opportunity to introduce myself as one of the many associates she helped send packing over the past few years. 😂 Especially since she seems to have perfected the art of disappearing into her “secret garden” on the 10th floor of the West Tower and rarely showing her face around campus.

Missed opportunity, I suppose. 😂

Riddle me This -

What has managers who manage their own calendars, senior managers who manage to avoid actual work, and directors whose only direction is "let's circle back"? Executives who couldn't execute a simple Google search.

Seriously, managers with no employees, senior managers with zero understanding of management, directors who just direct the flow of bullsh-t that comes out of their own mouths and "Executives" that preach AI because they themselves cant think critically?

The answer? A complete mystery!

Reality check: Frank scammed both Mike and Takis

Stop slamming Mike. Stop prejudging Takis. They both got sc--wed. Neither of them would have taken the job if the knew that Frank built a house of cards. He left when the runway was running out. So he hired fall guys. Mike brought humanity to this company. But you can’t fix fraudulent earnings. Mike obviously supported Takis and made him co-president. Mike designed the strategy for a turn around which Takis upheld on the earnings call. Stop pitting and comparing Mike against Takis. The blame lies with Frank. The solution is to work together and deliver what this company is capable of.

Is it normal to be this angry at the job

I have never had so much anger in my life. Been through a few rodeos so not a newbie. Never seen it this bad. I hate each and every executive in this clown car and will leave as soon as I can. I can’t be the only one which is scary. Not a good thing if you are working with people barely holding in their rage.

Executives are cluless.waiting for their stock to vest

A lot of executives VP, SVPs are waiting for their stock to vest. They have no incentives to help the field people with any of the problems, either it is Score, Support, Product issues. We are selling because of relationship and not because of any capabilities.

A lot of these oldies are rusted and need to get kicked out starting with Jeff Clarke. He is a Plague.

Is Private Equity Corporate Leadership Under Siege?

No one has seen corporate officers out in public or at work centers. Are they hiding in their corporate refugees and private equity firm gated enclaves? They obviously recognize outside their fawning and servile sycophants they are loathed and despised by employees and customers. It is obvious they are going to extreme measures to conceal their whereabouts. We have to face our coworkers and customers everyday. Why do we continue to tolerate cowardly leaders, who have no skin in the game and steal all our profits?
