New visual merchandising senior executive positions added
Belk has hired about a half dozen visual merchandising senior executives, now officially on Belk’s payroll.
The newest SVP is no longer with TDC
spent 5 months here, genuinely nice guy. Not sure what went wrong here. I hoped he will drive meaningful change here.
SVP out in CXO
Maybe it’s the first of many to fall, or maybe not. We’ll see where this goes
Failing Upwards
As a C-Suite executive, we can mention him on the board. Srini Krish is a prime example of how Fiserv only seems to elevate mediocre or even poor leaders. He’s sat in charge while infrastructure and development has sunk to record lows, driving away hundreds of long term customers. Now he’s in charge of even more? Please make it make sense.
Time for a change, Msg For Loser Board
A Masterclass in Opportunity Cost and Executive Stagnation:
The Qualcomm Board of Directors needs to wake up and smell the silicon. We are five years into the current leadership’s tenure, and the results aren't just disappointing, they are an indictment of a complete lack of vision. While the rest of the semiconductor industry has been on a historic, once-in-a-generation bull run, doubling and tripling in value, Qualcomm has effectively been running on a treadmill.
The "Vision" That Never Arrived
We were promised a pivot. We were promised that Qualcomm would be the "on-device AI" powerhouse. Instead, we’ve watched the company double down on the PC market, a "bet" that feels more like a desperate reach for relevance than a calculated strategic move.
While competitors are carving out the future of data centers and specialized AI hardware, Qualcomm is still trying to convince us that "Glymur" and Windows-on-Arm are going to finally "happen" this time. How many times can you recycle the same promise before the market stops believing?
Losing the Ground Game
While the CEO chases "lifestyle" tech and PC pipe dreams, the core business mobile is bleeding. Market share is being siphoned away by more aggressive, focused competitors who aren't distracted by vanity projects.
Broken Promises: Year after year of "strategic resets" that result in flat growth.
Board Inaction: The Board’s silence is becoming complicity. Their job is to protect shareholder value, not to provide a safety net for a CEO and his cronies who has failed to capture the greatest hardware bo-m in history.
The Bottom Line
Five years is an eternity in tech. If you haven't moved the needle during the biggest semiconductor surge in human history, you never will. It’s time for the Board to stop "monitoring" the situation and start making the hard decisions.
Qualcomm needs a leader with a pulse on the future, not someone managing a slow decline into irrelevance
White Collar Positions
Executives are coming for our jobs and we have to come together to stop it. We need a white collar union!
Do you think L2 and L3 leaders frequent this website?
Do you guys think executives know about this site and/or care about anything said?
Gemini Restructures Leadership, Cuts Workforce, Stock Drops
Shares of Gemini dropped over 14%. Three senior executives are departing the company. This includes the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Legal Officer. 2/17 layoffs so far
just heard of two executive level managers were let go in digital, long term folks, wow! at least they got their bonus’s
Alfonso all hands - wtf?
As a shareholder, I was incensed that we are paying this je-k to waste our time.
As an employee, I am just embarrassed to see yet another incompetent buddy of the CEO ramble on with no clue and no actionable plan.
He had 45 minutes to inspire. Instead, he went long and ran out of time while he scrawled 10 unbelievably simple and dated management claptrap slogans on a whiteboard as if they were the 10 commandments.
Please wrestle the red marker from his hands and have Dan give him a big hug as he sends him off with a $4M check, just like the last guy.
So motivated after All Hand Meeting - LFG!

Net income drops 10% in 2025, yet
President and CFO get a big raise and 12% of employees get laid off. Do we call it Pulte-Hutchins Strategic Pivot Cul-de-Sac or Bill-Mike Speed Bump?
So many Execs
If the company wants to save costs, why retain so many Executives? I’m fairly certain that AI or outside strategy consultants could arrive at the same answers at a fraction of the cost…
Also, why retain businesses that require so many people (Chemicals)? Shouldn’t these businesses be divested asap?
Executive retreat
It's been reported that omit will be taking the e-staff out next week for an executive retreat to lay down the law. No doubt it truly will be an executive retreat
Should DXC Execs be put on a PIP?
With year after of failure to grow they should be pipped. Unfortunately HR and the Renumeration Committee are all in the deal to look after each other. Raul is doing 3 other jobs and the other Execs are Flying around globe with no intention of any growth. How is this possible?
First impressions of our new CEO
Post here. Looking forward to how he does at the February 19th earnings call
I'm afraid this is the direction we are heading
Layoffs will be every quarter now. Had meetings today asking us to divest suppliers, slowly selling us for parts. All these executives who stayed for 1-2 years destroyed business units and jumped ship before anyone caught on to their fraud. Anyone left is clueless. A matter of time where investors see all the fraud.
OP: @ba+1kgn1jwrm
Are DXC execs very transparent?
You could say they are WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get"). They openly tell you on Town Halls they aren't good enough to grow the company and its true every year. They do not apologise for their failure, in fact they condone their failures by getting more pay. They openly avoid the pay questions. They will not give you pay rises year after year.
Yes they lead people on by promising pay and review dates but they are clear it will not happen year after year.
Its time that the employees be transparent about the strike.
BRING BACK ANHORN!
Need em back.
Executive Director
Is everyone at Wells Fargo an Executive Director. P4 no reports, Executive Director. P5 no reports, Executive Director. M2 with 12 reports Executive Director. P4 and P5 with no reports should be a VP
Savinays departure, good decision or not?
What do you think? Who holds the product vision now?
Execs selling stock
CFO Michael Baron Maguire sold 13,000 shares worth $651,690 on 1/26.
Do you think?
CS really wanted the Head of EMEA job instead of China? Do you think she asked EH when the had the conversation about this? I'd imagine she'd rather move back to the Netherlands verses Shanghai but hey maybe there is a hidden reason that I am not privy to. Let's see. I do wish her the best.
Dell is run by 4 people - none of whom are MD
My son is friends with the son of an ex Finance VP at Dell whom quit last year. We were chatting about dell and he basically said that the company is run by 4 people, none of which are MD. JC being one of them, Doug Schmitt I think was another and I forgot the other two lol... MD just cares about his billions and whatever needs to be done to increase his money is told to those 4; basically.
This is all a "DUH" but it was interesting to hear this from an ex finance VP.
But he was saying that no matter high up you are, what you want or say is moot unless these 4 people say it's not "moot." They dgaf about anyone or anything except the mass amounts of money they earn. MD only cares about his billions, and If it hurts their bank accounts then they will lay off thousands with no concern, cheap out on raises/promotions, etc etc etc...
Promotions are impossible to get now and those who get them are in countries that aren't the US. In Role promotions are basically non-existent as well. Not impossible but just not likely.
Long story short, the "main" people running the company only care about THEIR money. Not you, or any of the tends of thousands who make them that money.
Double standards
While CEO says Verizon is in drastic cost cutting mode, thus laid off 15K employees last month and another 8-10k will be next month...
While Verizon executives are posting pictures of their DINNERS IN KOREA while attending Samsung meetings in person! So much for cost Savings!!!
So many layoffs but they have budget for new members of the exec team
At this point everything they do is just laughable. They have budget to expand the leadership team but no funds for the people actually doing the operation work. We now have a ‘growth officer’, what’s next, a Head of extra growth?
ZG joining DE at Alvarez
OMG! Another one of our former ELT is joining A&M. The same BT firm we wasted millions of $$$ on. There must a a conflict of interest or under the table deal. Pay the millions, when BT doesn’t work and you jump ship, just join them.
Ethics should investigate! Oh wait…that would be a waste of time.
Networks Strike Update 2026
We are now seeing a number of people join us, its become clear to a wider audience that the Execs are taking the money and telling the rest of us its bad so no money for you. They cant have it both ways.
People are working out their lies. Hopefully more will join the strike.
CEO pay
This is the thing we're not talking about enough. https://www.startribune.com/us-bancorps-ceo-pay-increased-14percent-in-2024/601233686
U.S. Bancorp’s CEO pay increased 14% in 2024
Andrew Cecere realized $15.9 million in total compensation for 2024
Frontier Leadership
I dont know if ya'll followed but basically the whole Frontier top leadership team decided to leave. They weren't pushed out, they chose to leave. We needed that talent and I don't know how we let that happen. Another Verizon leadership failure. Perhaps our leadership felt threatened?
Tired of the Firm
So, today, I got tired of all of these silly "executives" and the "C suite people" do nothing, talking heads, and I tossed all of their resumes in the trash. I hope they all get a layoff. I'll never hire them. There are soup lines and Habitat for Humanity that still exist. Surely they will get help in order to live a reasonable existence. I have faith in the system.
Only stupid people are racist
Be mad at executives. don’t be mad at your Indian coworker or your white coworker for that matter. Just look at the facts: america’s money is getting hoovered up by billionaires. it’s not getting hoovered up by H1Bs.
if you crave control over the situation, it’s time to unionize, not post anonymous racism.
Exodus of iGaming Executives
There seems to be an exodus of iGaming executives leaving in the last several months. Is this part of the business restructuring or is Dylan at Aristocrat Interactive poaching execs from his old team?
CDO axed!
Ironically the ex head of data for conduct and compliance seems to have been suddenly axed due to conduct issues. This is the toxic org culture that is brewing in sc.
Mo is no mo at sc.
Having enjoyed a stellar run up the ranks from analyst to cdo of the bank in under a decade (primarily due to talking his way through rather than true delivery/merit), seems like he ran himself past his boots here.
Take More Risks, Cause More Outages

Go Bust in the end

Rest in peace Verizon
Home Alone Skit
I finally brought myself to watch the executive suite’s home alone parody.
It was appalling to say the least. You’re not funny and you’re not even close to being likable. So stop it. You are embarrassing yourself.
This is why the company lost billions on acquiring entertainment companies that they knew nothing about.
