I know lay offs are happening all around us. Duh. Any word from managers on this forum who can speak to lay offs for BAH folks? Year end is looming…..job market su-ks!

Has Exxon or Imperial Oil mgmt made any statement about ownership changes? I am tracking Imperial's board (it's on fire BTW as they are going through massive cuts this afternoon) and there are many rumors about this?

Managers are aware of who will be impacted in Oct/Nov. HR has the lists already. Does anyone know if the names are set in stone?

Very connected senior employee halfway around the world told me today Imperial was to be sold. Stopped by here to see total panic so am thinking it must be real.

What a great prank. First it was 6 AM before markets open for a big announcement, then it was in the morning when business opened, then it was afternoon so that managers get a heads up first. Now it’s end of day when markets have closed. Some are saying it’s Friday. This sounds like those rapture predictions - it’s today, no, tommorow, no, next week for sure!!! L-M-A-O is all I have to say

Stop fear mongering, nothing is happening today nor tomorrow nor any other day. Just check your senior leaders calendars there is nothing suspicious there. And kearl asset manager is on days off, don’t you think he would be working if there were layoffs. Calm tf down.

Has anyone heard what is happening with the new KC campus? I’ve heard a few rumors that Hagerstown and Coral will close as they have no more tax incentives and employees will be “offered” relocation to KC.

It sure seems like we got trolled heavily by someone here. I don’t see a damn announcement or invite for anything, nor does anyone else.

Things I’ve heard and seen posted on their sites. I’ve definitely heard about the remote workers being laid off if they don’t relocate, and the multiple support center layoffs. I’ve also heard about 2-3 days back to the office, not 5, but I guess we’ll see.

• Removal of FTO
• If you aren’t at Walgreens when bonuses (if we even get them) are paid out in November, you won’t get one.
• Switching to Business Casual, no jeans or sneakers.
• 10/20: Remote Employee town hall informing them to relocate or they will lose their job.
• 10/21: 10% support center workforce reduction
• January: 30% support center workforce reduction
• January: 2-3 days in office but also heard it may go to 5 days in office

Layoffs tomorrow and all so they can keep bringing in Coach people who are overpaid and lack logic, nor have any history of true success…this board is part of the problem as well (somehow this seems to be overlooked).

Some dufus started this rumor after seeing IOL LT at EMHC but honestly there is NO credible source that anything will be happening tomorrow. Its going to be a normal day at work FFS.

There has been some rumors that Aneesha Shanoy might be leaving the company and that a new Revenue Operations restructure could be happening in Q4.

Has anyone else heard about this or have more insight? Would love to get a clearer picture if anyone’s in the loop.

Insiders not buying or selling the stock means there is material public information they have. With there net debt at 3.7 Bill. I imagine it is at the finish line.

But it’s bound to spill over here sooner rather than later. Definitely time to dust off the resumes.

Has anyone else heard offers have been recended to employees in Sherman? Some were promised roles in other fabs last year. I've heard the offers are no longer being honored.

The rumours swirling here mostly don’t seem to discuss major sale of assets, but I don’t see why they would be meeting with federal ministers if there wasn’t something bigger than an office relocation in the works.

This will mean that APLA will be broken up and CS will shift roles to VP/GM global Nike direct as SG will depart for a new role elsewhere.

Rumors are flying, and people are making all kinds of claims. It’s hard to tell what’s real and what’s just noise. Given the trajectory, I wouldn’t be surprised if more cuts are coming, but it would help to know something, anything, so we could at least prepare. If leadership is planning more layoffs, the least they could do is give us a heads-up. Otherwise, we’ll just keep driving ourselves crazy speculating. Not that they care.

Ok, so I've heard the big conspiracy is that Big R will be out in 5 years and daughter Schwab is going to swoop in and save the company, again.

Layoff notices are expected in the second week of October. From what I know, the most impacted groups will likely be directors, senior-level engineers, and the IT team. Employees who have been with the company for more than 8–10 years may be at higher risk.

Have you heard this yet? That’s the gossip going around headquarters and Ik they are currently doing salary adjustment. Anyone have info?
