What kind of emails are they sending to people regarding layoffs? I’ve heard a couple different ways they’ve been handled.

When will TRP outsource retail account servicing like they did for their workplace retirement and 529 businesses? Seems like they could be more profitable as a pure asset manager with less overhead.

It started with parts of Tech. Will parts of Operations and Marketing be outsourced? Who knows, maybe even Distribution in certain markets.

They are coming in. We will train them. We will take the package. We will leave. They will stay.

More layoffs before the holidays then a merger or acquisition on the horizon. Goldman Sachs likely. The reduction in cost, the outsourcing, the reorganization. It makes sense and I’d bet money on it.

How is this going to be enforced? It appears that only certain departments complied to the 3:2.

The fact that we are going to 4/1 when there is only 1 desk for every 1.3 employees at Harbor Point makes me think that we will have more layoffs before bonus time. There are literally not enough desks for people to reserve 4 days a week right now.
