A I-9 audit is in progress. Gainwell is doing their due diligence to ensure all onshore employees are legally employable. Could be setting themselves up for a future sale.
Veritas Ready to Pulling the Trigger in May
Veritas is trying very hard to get 4th qtr. fiscal year to look good. They are failing miserably.
Shut-up please
Another day on a bridge call, where you have twice as many managers than what is needed. And they're all trying to outdue the others when it comes to being overly obnoxious and throwing their weight around. The best way to cool their heels is to... — read more
Not the same company I joined
It's really hard to feel settled at Gainwell anymore. Nobody talks about long term plans like they used to. It's all about how we'll make it to the next month. It's exhausting, to be honest.
Is Gainwell OE friendly?
I’m looking for a J2 is it possible to do this at Gainwell?
Bully Co-worker
I work with a massive bully. The problem is he is an architect over my state. He is toxica and is a nightmare to work with. He is a bully to all team members. Even the managers are scared of him. Besides quitting… what can i do?
How is a developer at this company supposed to pivot elsewhere?
I got this job out of college a few years ago and every time someone tells me to jump ship and so on I'm met with the reality that my skills and knowledge have either remained stagnant or actually gotten worse with this company. Combine that with... — read more
WFRs coming
My account manager told us a new round of wfrs are coming down the pipe. I wish our shared service manager would stop being such a brown noser and stand up for his people. You no who you are and thanks for telling me abut this site
A rash of male menopause
That is exactly what it feels like when dealing with the managers. Most of them tend to be petty, obnoxious and bullies. As if their testosterone levels have peaked towards a downward spiral.
My advice: get out while you can
If you're still at Gainwell, you should be actively looking elsewhere. This place offers nothing but uncertainty and shrinking benefits. I'm honestly shocked more people haven't left by now. I'm working on my exit and can't wait to be done with this... — read more
Rebadging or layoffs?
Rebadging to Abacus before Mar 31… from Data/interfaces IP org under Tanmoy now…let the horror show begin!
Gainwell sc--wup kicks kids off healthcare
Take a look at this announcement from Georgia Health. What will it take for somebody to come down hard on this fraudulent operation? https://dch.georgia.gov/announcement/2026-02-05/important-update-about-medicaid-and-pck-2
More layoffs
It seems that there have been more layoffs today, primarily on the account delivery side. Right before the 401(k) match payout. Not sure if this is widespread or localized. These do not appear to be rebadging events.
Lack of proper raises
I'm getting so tired of Gainwell management. They want top-tier results but offer bottom-of-the-barrel raises. It's a recipe for a mediocre, unmotivated staff. Anyone with real talent and options will walk away, leaving us worse off.
401(k) match?
does anybody know when gainwell will deposit the 2025 401(k) match?
The word of the day is 'Hypocrisy'
Do as I say and not as I do and you'll go far at Gainwell. That should be the motto and on all the employee literature. We'll change the rules all of a sudden and tell you it's always been that way. And you're supposed to believe it. /lt;- Sounds... — read more

Will layoffs continue this month?
Really got top heavy - Dir/VPs everywhere
Like an inverted pyramid Gainwell will topple soon if this trend of VPs continue. Some join as Directors and within 6-8 months turn into VPs. Very dangerous trend - better watch out and quit if you can afford to ASAP!!

Another round of rebadging
Announced today, analytics/reporting staff to be rebadged to Certilytics. No numbers given. Also seems like a prelude to more outsourcing in the future.

Did you all see the email the other day? I cannot keep up with the changes anymore. I also heard of a shakeup for the HMS people. Top heavy folks leaving over there and huge re-org changes. I have never seen a company like this!

Looks like beginning of end for Gainwell. Any predictions on doomsday when Veritas will piecemeal and sell it to two/three other VCs? Mar 1st 2026? Most likely it will be before FY26 end ~Feb/Mar 2026.
Any layoff news?
Heard that WFRs continue on a smaller scale. Any major mass layoffs planned? Love to see VPs/Sr.Dir/Dirs let go first…will save Veritas tons of $$$$.
