I think some of you are lying

When there are posts of people claiming to be let go, their friend was let go, they know of a team that was let go etc, but they can’t answer when people ask WHERE or WHO even though this is anonymous, it leads me to believe these people are lying. They’re just trying to cause excitement and anxiety and stress.

AC down again

AC not working in Burlington everyone is complaining, its so miserable. We're all jammed into these smaller rooms I'm sure all the body heat is not helping. How about let us leave an hr early instead of having this 1 hr social hr!!! The A side is working of course because no one is working over there.

how the company sees us employees

there was some kind of huddle meeting with each pod. d-mb a-s manager used an analogy of fast food drive thru employee. lol

Is this how they view us? fast food drive thru employee? what a d-mb bi--h.

yea... I mean employee who has all customers information from their ssn, dob, cc #'s, chk # information and ready to be sold off.

would you like bbq sauce and upgrade it xl size?

what a fu-ken clown leadership is.

Glassdoor Ratings and Reviews

How is this possible? We need to speak our truth!!

Here’s what Glassdoor has for USB:
U.S. Bank Snapshot
3.3 overall rating (out of 5)
based on 11,947 ratings
49% would recommend to a friend
29% approve of the CEO (I agree with this one)

Go in and let your voice be heard. I just changed my rating and gave my review based on the latest mess with RTO.

Think Twice Before Taking the Dell Survey This Year

Heads up, everyone.
Dell has switched to a new survey vendor this year and there are serious concerns you should know about before you participate.

First, the survey is not truly anonymous. This vendor has the ability to access individual responses and trace them back.
Second, they can manipulate the overall results to make company sentiment look better than it actually is. So your honesty could put you at risk, and still not even count.

If you were planning to give critical, candid feedback; the safest thing you can do this year is sit this one out.

A few things to keep in mind:
— Participation is voluntary. No one can force you.
— If your manager pressures you or coaches your answers, document it.
— Ask HR who the vendor is and what their data privacy policy says. Vague answers are a red flag.
— Spread the word to colleagues who may not know.
Real feedback deserves real protection. This year’s survey may not offer that.

Stay informed. Share this around.

BREAKING: Scientists discover smoothest brain in the world

Scientists have published a groundbreaking report where they studied the smoothest brain on the planet, belonging to AT&T CTO Jeremy Legg.

“It’s insane, we’ve never seen zero synaptic activity in a human ever”, one scientist said, “we’re honestly not even sure how he’s alive.”

“We’ve long thought humans evolved from apes, but we thought it was a one way street you know, we never thought humans could DEVOLVE from apes, until we met Jeremy.”

According to the report, Mr. Legg has less neural activity than Kanzi, the world’s smartest ape. The discovery of Mr. Legg has led to the funding of more ground breaking studies, “this opens up the opportunity to study how the Neanderthals actually communicated and thought”.

In response to the report, Jeremy Legg gave a statement to our newsroom intern, “AI is se-y, Azure is se-y, data centers are not se-y. This reporter is REALLY se-y.”

Why Layoffs.com Became the Only Transparent Source?

Platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor no longer allow truly anonymous comments—corporate agreements behind the scenes have made open discussion nearly impossible. At this point, Layoffs.com is one of the few places where employees can honestly share what’s happening inside the company, especially since leadership keeps us in the dark as much as they can.

Follow the Work Letter Information

Please post any information you have on the Follow the Work letter such as what type of information is included and what it asks you to do.

What locations does it list as your new office address? How much times does it give you? Have your teammates received one?

Serious responses only please. This is to help others and myself understand what is going on at T.

Hat3 towards Indians, Protect yourself IAAC guidelines - Controversial post but help ppl who are in needs

Your constitutional rights — they apply to you regardless of immigration status. Period.

What to do if ICE knocks on your door. What warrant to look for. What NOT to sign. Word for word, what to say.

Your workplace rights — your employer cannot bench you, cannot threaten you with deportation, cannot charge you the H-1B filing fee. If they do, we tell you exactly who to call.

How to document hate. How to report it. How to archive online harassment before it disappears.

The numbers that prove this guide is overdue:
— 300 million+ views on anti-Indian hate posts on X in 2025
— 1 in 4 Indian Americans called a slur since 2025
— 48% encounter racist content regularly online
— 31% now avoid speaking up out of fear

We built this guide so you don’t have to be afraid. You have rights. Learn them. Use them.

Save it. Screenshot it.

Lack of info

There is nothing that can be done now. The one thing that bothers me to no end at all these extensions recently. We, as the people who will be represented by the contract, never see what the union(s) even asked for to start negotiations. Was there any give and take? Or, did they just be-doverand take what the company gave? This should be information supplied to all members, all locals.

Monday & Tuesday - for Canada and the US

  • Meeting invites are going out Monday (Canada) and Tuesday (U.S.).
  • Not sure if this is limited to my GBU or affects everyone at Oracle.
  • VPs would have known on Friday...assuming managers get told Monday am or VPs do the work, and then everything is executed

I’d like to keep anonymous, so I’m not going to mention my GBU.

Ask me anything session

Nothing says “ask me anything” like the “organizer has disabled new discussions, and responses” and chat has been turned off by the “organizer for everyone”

Sounds like the long-term plan is to completely get rid of professional services
