The rumors have been floating around for weeks now that more is coming, but nothing official just yet. Has anyone heard a date or even a rough timeline for when the next round is supposed to start?

This doesn’t feel like isolated cuts anymore. It feels more like they’re opening and closing the faucet so they don’t flood the house all at once. But the flood still feels like the end goal, just delivered gradually enough that people get used to it.

Belleville High School students protested district budget cuts on Friday morning. Approximately 100 students staged a walkout and rally. The Board of Education decided to lay off 29 staffers. These cuts are intended to address a $3 million deficit. Students expressed concern over losing teachers and mental health services.

I think revenue will continue to decline, staff numbers will decrease every year and the company might survive as a content company , cloud based with around 8k employees

It's also conceivable that content may not even save us as better products become available. If this is the case then the company will likely dissolve in around 5 years time

With all the changes coming to agency, operations you better get ready for more craziness. They cut agents pay, retirement bonuses, and SF stopped contributing towards their healthcare. Does anyone know from past layoffs if full time contractors were typically the first to be cut? Seems likely but wasn’t sure if that was the practice here.

But I am noticing that those affected are mostly 50+. Not a good look for the company.
