Salary treatment will continue to be targeting low to no raises. Ask your supervisor where you are within your band. Most people will receive nothing to very little as salary bands are dropping and there is downward pressure on the CL promotions and CL level assigned to roles.

The unsaid part is also if you are WFM expect to be treated differently from now on. Less or No promotions, more scrutinized, first on the downsizing list. I think its safe to say Quiet Layoffs are in full effect. The playbook is done at every company that has done return to office.

It’s not easy pulling off cutting 30k people in a single day. I’d almost call it impressive. If only they were that good at other things, like figuring out how to improve the bottom line without laying off that many people. You know, which should be known as doing their jobs.

The layoffs are CONSTANT. They keep them small so they don’t have to be reported. But they are happening ALL THE TIME.

This is something people need to realize and accept. There's no point in asking when we'll be having more layoffs when layoffs never really stop.

Probably a couple more months until they close their doors. No more Weatherford in California.
