In Office Requirements
If you go into the office do you need to be logged in for a certain amount of hours on your computer? Does HCSC track that?
BH sez get ur azz into the office

BOA is tracking coffee badgers... beware
I know 3 coworkers fired today for coffee badging... all of them would come in at 7 and leave by 12... terminated for violating policy. I know several people who coffee badge for for far less hours, management is cracking down on this quietly... you have been warned
Coffee Badgers being terminated
Supposedly they're cracking down on coffee badgers... anyone here this?
Does Wells have the ability to track hours at the office?
Managers receiving lists of employees who aren't on campus enough
I just heard from two different trusted sources that managers are receiving lists of employees who aren't on campus 4 days per week. Supposedly this is either already happening or will happen in all groups.
EP office badge swipes
Does a “badge swipe” count if you only badge at the front doors, or do you have to also badge at the turnstyle? Asking for a friend
Cloud PC
Does logging into Cloud PC effect your time that is counted toward the 8 hour per day in office requirement? Have heard different things.
Flexible Hours
Hearing from various high level people that soon all LOBs will force employees to make sure their 8 hours in the office are during core business hours such as 8 to 4 or 9 to 5. If you come in 6 and work until 2, they won’t allow it going forward. They want to align all LOBs and make sure everyone is working same hours for better collaboration and synergies
Underwriters back in the office weekly bs quarterly
Anyone else hear underwriters will have to be back in the office in a weekly bases? Not everyday but hybrid (I.e. 2 days home 3 days in office)?

At What Point Does a Sales Job Stop Making Sense?
So let me make sure I understand my situation:
I’m being required to come into the office five days a week…
while carrying a quota that doesn’t feel real…
in a role where success depends as much on internal decisions as actual selling…
while helping train the very AI tools that could eventually replace me…
on a low base salary…
doing mostly administrative work and churning quotes…
with little to no company culture…
coworkers I don’t connect with…
no visible upward mobility…
commission that feels more like roulette than performance-based pay…
and management that’s largely absent.
All while knowing I’m effectively stuck here until I land something better.
Mmmkay.
Does snow day count as in-office?
Since people working in Charlotte were told to work from home Monday, does that count as one of our in office days? I had appointments scheduled midday Thursday and Friday since I was planned to work from home and there's no way I can make 8 hours in office those days.
Office attendance
Supervisors can see when direct reports are not in the office. Are they able to see the time the employee badge in and out of the building too?
5 Days in Office
Potential employee here. I know 5 days per week in office is the official policy, but is it actually enforced across 100% of teams? I know a lot of similar companies have RTO policies on paper, but they aren't policed. Thanks in advance;
Newby here- What are Connect Weeks?
Are they just weeks you’re required to go to office? What if no one on your team lives in the same state as you?
Newby here- what are connect weeks?
Saw a comment on a different post about “connect weeks” schedule being posted…. What’s that?
Are those weeks when you’re expected to come into the office? I assume where most if not all meetings are through Zoom?
Or is it Forced socializing?
HR RTO
When HR 5 day in office required?
Why HR getting free pass to do nothing all day, every day.

Corp badge in/out
At the end of February, each department at corporate will have detailed Attendance data for their staff. Every employee will fall into one of many buckets;
In office but less than 4x week
low time, meets 4x week but less than six hours in the office on multiple days
No time- Which is never in the office. This is to verify the “exceptions”
Get your resumes ready because there will be a wave of disciplinary cuts as a result of this.
Will Monday Jan 26 be exempted from in office reporting?
Most ppl impacted by snow received an email on Monday Jan 26 that in office policy will be relaxed this week..... Only to receive another email that in office policy is back in full effect starting Today Tuesday Jan 27.
So will Monday Jan 26 be exempted from in office reporting? Will we only have to go into office 2 days this week instead of 3?
More RTO? 4-days a week….
Email from KS today doubling down on RTO. Wow.
If You Mandate RTO, At Least Make the Office Livable
If you’re going to force everyone into the office five days a week, can you at least turn the heat on? People are sitting at their desks in coats, winter hats, and gloves. That’s not exaggeration either.
You made the RTO decision, not employees. If the company doesn’t want to pay to make the buildings habitable, then revert the policy. Forcing people to commute just to freeze inside an office is beyond ridiculous and completely self-inflicted.
please post the tracking cycle weeks
HI - can someone who has access to the in office attendance tracking tool please let me know the week starts for the 6 week cycles? is Feb 1 2026 a cycle start?
Unassigned start
How’d it go for everyone?
I heard multiple times, “no, those spaces are for x-x team or person.”
No they aren’t. We’re not saving you space b/c you’re special. If we’re doing unassigned, that means you too buddy.
In Office
I overheard someone talking about how rto is going to change and it’ll be 2 days per week in office and up to the department(s) on which days you need to come in? Anyone know anything or know if this is something that’s going to be released?
Cameras on folks!
Yep. turn ur camera on Folks!!
What are in-office requirements for CLT
So I left the company last year, but am now considering returning due to pay. But I want to know the exact in-office requirements I would be committing to. I left for remote but I want to consider if the pay raise to return is worth being hybrid.
Above the “policy”
So just to get this straight - there aren’t “remote work weeks” but leaders can just randomly work remote for a day here or there? If they are responding to work emails and engaging in work with their team then they are technically working right? Which means they aren’t taking PTO. Isn’t that remote work? Meanwhile I am expected to be IN the office?
Who is monitoring this? The timecard and attendance piece? Or do rules not apply to “so called” leaders? Asking for a friend and my colleagues who actually follow the rule. Just curious if we should start calling the “speak up but you won’t be heard line.”
NYE in Office...
Not sure how anyone else's location is, but South Jersey is ridiculous.. Considering people are packing up for our location renovations, aimlessly walking around because everyone's work is DONE.. instead of saying "Hey everyone, you can all leave an hour hourly, even 30 min to get home etc.. But nooooo let's have you all sit here, doing nothing while you just keep getting aggravated because hey HR has been gone but we need you ALL to stay and collaborate... SMDH
Is it getting harder to plan meetings?
Since the expanded in office 8 hours mandate has it been harder to plan meetings. Most people I know, including me, have hard start and stops now. Good luck trying to set up a call with india, nyc, mn and az. There is a window of like 3 hours. When they treated us like professionals most of us would take calls before going in to the office or after we got home. No more. When the measurement is time and not quality they get time but not quality.
Friday All Employee Webcast
Get ready folks, getting strong vibes this call will include back to office 5 days a week!
ER leadership admit autonomy is what employees want
For holiday weeks Employee Relations lets their people choose to work from home. I'm not saying that there isn't anybody from ER in the office then, but its a tacit admission that they know that employees want the choice for themselves to go into the office or not.
In office time reporting
The in office reporting is officially out. For those that work 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Although the expectation is a full 8 hour day, the requirement for in office hours for reporting purposes is 7 hours. Anything below that you’ll get flagged on the reports.
Do volunteer hours count as in-office time?
Question in the title. I've got a three-hour volunteering event lined up, will be four hours counting the drive to the site. Unclear if this will be counted as an in-office day or if I need to go in another day to account for it.
No Change to RTO for 2026
It seems everyone comes to this site to complain, but I am here to celebrate. Our new CEO has announced that 3 day RTO is here to stay. This is wonderful news and proof that Srini trusts his leadership team and all of us to do our jobs! Thank you Srini! you are awesome!
Is everyone back to working in the office 4 and 5 days a week?
Just wondering if there is any consistency across the organization. Is your manager in the office?
5 days in office in 2026
Any truth to no work from home in 2026?
In office expectations
Going back to the office 5 days a week starting on January 5th? No work life balance? It sounded like we can’t even work from home to take or kid to a doctors appointment?
4x Days WFO
Only 6 more weeks until 4x days WFO.
I can't wait for us all to get back to the office - we are better together.
This will make us beat Exxon for sure
