Do we know anything?

Just heard the Org under Sinclair/Vlok facing layoff last week of May. Total about 20% of those working under Vlok.

When are these layoffs supposed to happen? There have been posts about it here but nothing is going on. Fill us in!

Is there any truth to the rumor that people who received inconsistent performance rating last year due to not following in-office adherence will be laid off? I am on a very small team and I believe I am the only one on my team who got an IP so I’m freaking out. My role is a grade level 3 phone role.

Received an invite along with 4 other people to attend a meeting set up by HR in regards to VOE. Could this be a lay off?

100% layoff scheduled for 6/1. So when it doesn’t happen, I’m going to post it’s because the rumor was leaked.

My understanding is there will be another round of layoffs end of this month with the end date being middle of June. It is possible it slightly gets pushed back but from what I’m hearing they want the list locked and announced end of month. Optum insight and optum health for sure will be impacted.

Like many folks at Fidelity, most people don’t have a separate QCI meetings but those managers randomly schedules a QCI this Thursday can only mean one thing. RIF. The RIFs have been verified by multiple sources who have access to high level management. I got the random QCI invite this morning which coincides with managers getting the list of people on the list. Stay strong. Nothing we can do but move forward and hope Abby can catch up to the 3 trillionaires in the world while destroying countless families who have elevated her there.

Anyone have any realistic estimates of how many will be impacted by the alleged layoffs this week?

The consensus seems to be this Thursday. I haven't heard much beyond that. If the rumors are true, does anyone know which orgs or roles are on the block?

And more next week? Is that the actual timeline? Just piecing together rumors and posts.

Instead, I just keep my resume fresh and my savings padded. Whenever it happens, I'll be ready. Been feeling much better, to be honest, since I adopted this approach.

I'm struggling here. Every week there's a new rumor about cuts, and just when I think I've got my role figured out, my manager changes what I'm supposed to be doing. I can't plan, I can't relax, and I can't tell if I'm doing well or about to get cut. How are the rest of you surviving this?

another says 2500

One says may 28th - 30% being let go
last month it was April 30th - 30% being let go

I heard that about a Director let go from LM last week. Could there be more this week at lower levels? The person just disappeared overnight.

What’s happening in ANZ? Slack count in ANZ-employees-all has dropped by around 8% in the last 4 weeks, but nobody seems to have confirmed what is happening? Look strange compared to the “big bang” layoffs elsewhere

can one of the origional posters about the mass layoffs before may 1 please provide an update on what you know? Tomorrow is May 1. Should we assume we will he laid off in the morning? Or has this been canceled? I have also spent alot of time online trying to find out about the WARN notice and everything I have found says that Sunrun has not filed a WARN notice I'm the month of april.
