In Legal Affairs this week, 11 people most of whom are in their 50’s and women with pensions. They are outsourcing their jobs to India and hiring a few of them to teach their jobs to and manage their Indian replacements. Of course if you are one of the ones they hire back, you will get a demotion to a lower job grade level.
Is this happening in other areas?

American company? Not even close…
Another American company with 85% of its ‘team’ in low-cost countries and 3 confused dudes in the US pretending to be the HQ. Not really an American company anymore—just a flag of convenience for venture capital. 🇺🇸 in name only.
Why are we taking more calls than last year yet there’s 10 minutes between calls.
This isn’t AI!! They’re just outsourcing all the calls. Thanks Dan! I’m really happy you decided to employ some contractor.
All the issues we are dealing with just don't matter....
Lets be real here. Customers use bank services. These services seem simple to the customers. And in fact, are a tiny part of what goes on behind the scenes. I say this to remind everyone (if needed) that all the BS, discrimination, unfair dealings, crooked management, outsourcing, d-mb RTO rules, etc. - don't matter. They don't matter if the customer is unaffected. Its all under the rug so to speak. Until things get so bad that bank services are impacted, John Q. Public is oblivious and it all doesn't matter. Except to us. And it is continually ground into our psyche as the bus runs us over again and again. Stay at WF long enough, and one could easily be damaged goods emotionally. It really is that bad.
Thanks chainsaw, you've really done a number on WF. You have made a "difference". Now can you move on, please?
Is this company going this same route
This practice is so rampant among other big banks, tech, and other Fortune 100 companies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5fXrPMGM5E
Canon Inc. hates America!
Companies today have seen the challenges with the US economy due to the ongoing tariffs.
Very quietly though have you realize the backlash against the American worker? Canon USA Inc. is holding it against the American workers by continuing to layoff and outsource to contractors in the Philippines.
In addition, we have not received one publication from corporate that didn’t mention the tariffs. The continued downsizing of the American working people is a direct response to the American government.
The company is currently being investigated in Melville for their layoffs that may result in the loss of the tax breaks they received when we moved our corporate HQ.
Canon USA Inc. knows they need to be here for business but doesn’t want to play ball with the people of our country. It’s a sad reality but you may be the next move they make in what they label as a right sizing due to the economic climate.
I simply can no longer trust this company because I feel that I am a targeted employee because I am American.
We really like having others operate for us
What does DW have against employees operating assets? Are employees really that bad? Seems like they can’t give up operating assets fast enough.
- Guyana operated by not us
- Mozambique will be the same
- why not apply the same model to PNG?
- why not apply the same model to Permian?
The irony....
At Dow, we believe in putting people first and we’re passionate about delivering integrity, respect and safety to our customers, our employees and the planet.
Our people are at the heart of our solutions. They reflect the communities we live in and the world where we do business. Their diversity is our strength. We’re a community of relentless problem solvers that offers the daily opportunity to contribute with your perspective, transform industries and shape the future. Our purpose is simple - to deliver a sustainable future for the world through science and collaboration. If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place
Nothing I have seen in my time at Dow backs this statement up. With the scheduling roles being outsourced, who in their right mind would apply for this.
Microsoft, Boeing, IBM, they all being ruined now
Hopefully you guys can see a pattern

Where are the cuts?
Anyone hear where the 4500 will come from yet? I have heard central logistics will take the brunt of the cuts since what they do is ripe for outsourcing.
@aq it’s still posted I hit the archive button here it is again
Dear Mr. President,
I am reaching out to you today to share with you, my story. I work for The Cigna Group as a programmer. Last month Cigna decided to terminate 100's-1000's of our Doctors, Nurses and talented technology employees - Recently Cigna agreed to pay a 600-700M "charge" and has decided to terminate 7,000-15,500 full time employees and offshore their work investing heavily in a new "Hyderabad Innovation Hub" "HIH located in India. They think terminating and eliminating US workers to pay for David Cordani and Cigna's Executive leaderships poor decisions is acceptable.
Recently I have begun learning AI automation and wanted to share my idea how to protect America's work force from Outsourcing and offshoring our jobs to other countries. I think if you were to post draft of an Executive Order or a new article on TS saying my administration is reviewing options to create a new executive order protecting American Patriots work force, stating if Corporations like Cigna plan to move US workers "jobs" to India or other foreign counties they should plan on paying HUGE new tariff\tax or fee on the US healthcare data that originates in the US to be sent overseas. Expecting US Patriots to train the offshore company to "Transform, Manipulate, Re-Work" the data and then send it back to Cigna (or other corps in the US) to then send to their clients like the NFL, Disney and Amazon - they should plan on paying a new ridiculous amount of money to be allowed to do this. It's not just Cigna it's all corporations are doing this and if we do not take actions to stop it - I predict we will lose Half of the US jobs in the next 3-5 years. It's a Major Threat to the US economy and imagine if we lose half the current federal tax income and Social Security will fail. Imagine half of America unemployed with no work homeless living in the streets - a real AI generated "GREAT DEPRESSION" is on the horizon.
I am not saying it should be illegal for corporations to offshore, but I think if they want to use AI Agents Modules and Tools to replace the American work force, they should have to do it located in the US with either HB1 or US talent. If they move this work offshore to other countries to save money, they should have to pay a huge penalty to do it. I think even if you posted a message on TS that we are looking at that your words would stop companies like Cigna in their tracks from moving forward until they learned more from your administration's policies on it. I would like to see you propose an executive order like "The Great American AI Patriots Jobs Protection ACT" laying out how we are not going to let US corporations outsource Americas data to other countries to re-work it and send it back to the corporations to send to their US clients without penalties.
I would like to see you mention directly if David Cordani (CEO) Brian Evanko (CFO) Kari Stevens (HRVP) this this is a new business model they should sell the Cigna HQ in CT and relocate the HQ to India and stay there. David and the ETL team can sell all their mansions in Simsbury CT and go buy palaces in India.
Please really think this through as I think this will go down as a Major Accomplishment in your legacy and would help the Mid-terms in November and for decades to come in the future. Remembered as first President to protect America's work force from AI development. The day you put a stop to this and standing up to protect the US Patriot work force.
I posted my story TS under my ID "IQ120s" this morning, but the TS admins banned my account for "spamming" under the terms of service section "8".
You might be our only hope, the person with the power to stop this potential AI Great Depression on the horizon and being able to avoid it and save America's work force.

When will they realize it's not going to work?
Outsourcing sounds good on paper until you have to redo everything because it was done wrong. The cost of poor quality is way higher than the payroll savings. When will they learn this lesson?
HIRE Act
https://www.eisneramper.com/insights/tax/halting-international-relocation-employment-act-1225/
“ As drafted, the HIRE Act would create IRC Sec. 5000E, which would impose a 25% excise tax on any “outsourced payments” paid to a foreign person who performs services that benefit U.S. consumers. The tax would not be deductible under IRC Sec. 275. It would also disallow companies from deducting any of those outsourced payments under IRC Sec. 280I. Penalties to pay any excise tax would be increased to 50% a month and would not be subject to the 25% aggregate penalty limitation under IRC Sec. 6651(a).”
22 Year Directv employee and still upset at poor treament after layoff in Boise ID
As a fomer employee i feel like the DIRECTV is lying to employyes and customers. As a 22 year employee, I helped develop new talent and hung around until June 2025. I loved my job and my boise team, but I have to say as I tried to find issues to surface about poor customer experience it all.came back to the Philippines that took my Job. Im glad I was about to find a new opertunity with a great culture that brought back jobs from the Phillipines. Bill morrow and AT&T sure fu---d up DIRECTV to the point of no return. Im glad I'm out and know the ship will continue to since as boomers die off.
Unionize the Chevron Workforce
Let's put some consideration to this considering that a lot of jobs will be going overseas. It's a last attempt at keeping some of the roles stateside.
Dan will gut Frontier and bust the union claiming AI….
…then outsource and contract all office and desk work.
Verizon, run by non Verizon people.
Cubic Layoffs Mid February 2026
Cubic is looking to reduce their numbers by an additional 100 people as more work is being moved to India.
US offices are being kept in the dark as it seems they have hired a third party who specializes in quite layoffs.
Outsourcing work
At this point in time farming out our work is the layoff.
Dan is using AI to send jobs overseas. We take the same amount of call but more are taken by outsourced non Verizon people.
Dan is replacing you with outsourced reps. AI is an excuse.
AI is a scapegoat
So jobs can be moved offshore. Hope everyone reads through this ploy.
Aon 3x3 Layoffs because of Accenture Contract
Will there be a second wave of IT layoffs in 2026?
didnt ford outsource to these guys?
brilliant moves, as always

Accenture Pinterest Contract
Given the current situation at Pinterest, is there a possibility they could cancel their contract with Accenture?
Are there any CSC employees still left in the USA?
I worked for the CSC and got JE last year. I could tell it was coming because a lot of our work was being moved to India and they were lying to the employees about it. The customers started complaining because of the language barrier and general lack of knowledge of these overseas agents. Does anyone knows the current status of the CSC? Are there any employees still left in the USA or is it entirely in India now?
L3Harris Technologies reorganizing, spinning off and selling out?
So, reduced to 3busin units from 4. The new structure is as follows: Space & Mission Systems (SMS), Communications & Spectrum Dominance (CSD), and Missile Solutions (MSL).
And then MSL spins off at least 40% of itself as a sorta stand alone IPO. And the former SAS unit is outsourcing work like crazy.
What's really happening folks?
Name one company that shipped jobs to India and was better for it
I prefer when an American answers the phone not an Indian call center. Not racism just competence. Same for engineering.
Project Omni
So Kyndryl very secretively initiated Project Omni to displace US workers with ones in low cost countries like India. Someone got a whiff of it, and the project was shutdown. The resources hired/shortlisted for Omni are now being accommodated to other projects where the demand is.
Another day at Kyndryl…
A big team is in India now, more layoffs coming?
A big team of our so called leaders went to India to meet Genpact, one of the worst service companies. Should we brace for more layoff from in the US?
O&I to do more outsourcing?
I keep hearing that O&I will be getting more work done by outsourcing companies which likely means less hiring. Does that mean more layoffs?
Anyone has any information?
Read this if you’re a client or employee
Jones has a proud legacy…100+ years of being a truly client and associate oriented firm. As an associate of this firm who has also had extensive experience outside of the firm, I can confidently say THESE DAYS ARE OVER, and I highly recommend reconsidering your affiliation with this firm.
What happened? It’s not a unique story to EJ, but the downfall has been swift and it’s rooted in one phrase: Failed Leadership.
Back when Penny was appointed Managing Partner in ‘19, the MP talent bench was already weak to begin with - she and Ken C were the only viable choices the firm had internally and there was no appetite to go outside. If I had to chose from that lineup, I would have taken Penny any day and twice on Sunday - as Ken C has no business leading a function, let alone the entire firm.
On its face, the choice of Penny wasn’t entirely terrible - she is intellectual, well spoken, been an advisor, broad based in the firm’s business - and the first female MP. And she dresses to impress, of course!
But Penny’s weakness was on full display in her track record - picking talent around her. This would be a knockout gap for a CEO candidate in any company, let alone one leading a business transformation.
Over the next 5 years, this gap became amplified in a massive way:
She kept inept legacy leaders in key roles - Ken C, Lisa D and KJ among them - allowing them pull her into their own ineptitude. She promoted truly horrible talent like Andy M, Suzan M who are small time at best. And she hired some outside talent like Hasan and David C that while intellectually strong, were “scratch and dent” leaders in their prior companies - deemed not promotable because of narcissistic or egotistical behavior. And that says a LOT at places like Citi or Goldman.
Bad leadership ki-ls companies. If you are a client, consider the decisions being made affecting you and your money:
- Raising fees you are paying to line the pockets of greedy executives
- Sending your personal information overseas as part of outsourcing projects to drive higher profits
- Treating employees and branch teams who handle your money and services like they are second class citizens - including not paying market wages.
- Technology that doesn’t work half the time and that your branch teams are helpless to fix
If you’re an associate, you feel the impact of this leadership everyday - the visceral disdain ELT members demonstrate for you as associates. You’ve heard it directly from David C’s mouth in town halls - but it’s even more evident in action: Pathetic wages/benefits; targeting firings of anyone who dares to challenge; promotions for toxic but loyal leaders; poor quality front line managers. The disdain is so strong that some say it feels like ELT places the blame for their own failures on the backs of associates. The paradigm is that associates are entitled, overpaid and underworked.
The company is not bankrupt financially, but I can assure you that it is from a leadership perspective. Rest assured one will blend with another over time.
I sincerely hope if you are a client or an employee that you reconsider your affiliation with Edward Jones - for your own good.
Allina’s Days Are Numbered
Had our monthly meeting with the VP of RCM today and in the name of “being transparent” we were told they are looking into which roles can be offshored and actively doing testing for it.
Between 6 and 9 months from now we may or may not be getting notified that we’re being redeployed, but we don’t need to worry because they will give us an ample amount of time.
In the meantime, we’re instructed to check out MyPath!
🤡
Dear leadership team
To the esteemed leadership of Chevron,
Let's cut through the corporate bullsh-t for a moment. Your recent memo about "strategic workforce restructuring" is a masterpiece of cowardly doublespeak. You're outsourcing our jobs to India for pennies on the dollar, then you have the gall to force the survivors into a four-day-a-week office commute, all while feeding us the steaming pile of horsesh-t that it's "for collaboration." It's not for collaboration. It's so you can flex your shrinking empire in person while you systematically gut the American workforce that built your fortune. The only thing more pathetic than your transparent greed is the insultingly stupid lie you're using to justify it. You don't care about your people, you don't care about synergy, and you clearly don't have a single functioning brain cell between the entire lot of you. We all know what you're really like when the sun goes down—a gaggle of closeted, si--y lady-boys prancing around in secret, desperate for an outlet because your public-facing personas are as hollow and fake as your promises. So you can take your RTO mandate, your outsourcing plans, and your entire board of directors, and shove them straight up your collective as--s. Go fu-k yourselves.
What are you hearing about COP outsourcing IT to India
What are you hearing about COP outsourcing IT to India? Hearing a lot of rumors.
NOV moving AP to India!
How many US employees will be laid off when AP moves to India?
Getting vendors paid in a timely manner is hard enough now, what will it be when moved overseas.
