Deere recently recalled 49 more employees. The recalled workers will support manufacturing and material movement. This action increases total U.S. employee recalls to over 300 this year. The company laid off over 2,000 workers in 2024. Deere now shows signs of cautious expansion after earlier reductions.

Don't roast me, but I got an offer to get hired back after getting impacted last year. Ultimately Intel pays more for my role than anywhere else. For the life of me I can't find the percentage of severance I'd have to pay back relative to the months from getting laid off. Does anyone have that information? Has Intel actually enforced it?

Has anyone returned to the company after a layoff? It’s been a few years since I was let go, so interested to see if anyone has comeback and what their experience was like. I’ve realized the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. I’m also aware that the company is still going through layoffs so it may not be an ideal time to come back.

I have received a severance agreement after my layoff from Citi. If I am offered a job at Citi in a different department but turn down the job, will I lose the severance?

Long story short, I left AIG for more $ and to expand on my insurance knowledge with different lines. AIG actually has the best PTO benefits out there the pay raises su-ked from my experience. I was laid off at the end of last year and have since landed a new job, so I’m in a good place. Still, getting contacted and encouraged to reapply at Nielsen completely threw me off. The role sounds very close to what I used to do, which makes it even more confusing. After being let go, this kind of outreach feels tone-deaf. I’m not going back, but I’d love to understand what’s actually going on behind the scenes when this happens.

Hey everyone. Ex-FR here from a PM Market, laid off beginning of the summer. just got the strangest text. My old boss has reached out to me and said that there is an open FR position. I’m curious if others have been approached due to people jumping ship or if because SMP didn’t go well and they need more hands on deck? Don’t think they can offer me enough that would bring me back after I’ve tasted freedom along with kicking me to the curb after 9 years out of nowhere.
