US transfer question regarding pay
If I were to transfer from a higher cost location like NY to a lower one like Charlotte or Tampa , would my pay be lower for the exact same role? And has anyone ever transferred in the US and dealt with the HR paperwork? Seems like a headache
Transferring or selling shares off the EQUATE+ Platform for leavers
Dear people who have left or are in the process of leaving adidas,
Which trading platform in Germany did you manage to transfer your adidas shares to from the Equate+ platform? Does it need to be a platform or bank with a registered address in Germany? Also, any experience on lead-times? It seems like the transfer process is a hassle... anyone with good, or fast experiences? Thank you in advance.
Coaching Role Transition
I was just informed that our market is reducing the number of coaches in each store. Since I was the most recent addition to my current location, I’ll be transferring to another store in the market. Curious if anyone else has experienced this and if seniority is usually the deciding factor.
Is a transfer possible?
I am trying to transfer to our Department of Golf Tournaments & HQ Celebrations. That seems to be the only growing area in the company and the work looks interesting if not outright fun. I think I've outgrown my current engineering role and I'd even accept a demontion or a lateral move to the coveted department.
Do you think this is possible?
KW leaving
Is this good or bad. Also I know this place is toxic but how can a manager save a person from a bad cycle and move them to a whole other group to be a faulty first time suoervisor?!! This is junk people.
You will not have a job at FIS
Word on the FIS layoff thread is that TSYS team members who are moving over there will be laid off this month.
Notification went out today to TSYS team members who will remain part of GP and will not move to FIS. Current legal entity is TSYS and that will shift to Global Payments.
Question Re State Farm Closing Agencies Under "New" Agent Agreement
My boss does not tell me the truth all the time. This is the current story, please help me untangle it. My current boss is a State Farm agency owner. He signed the newer State Farm Agent Agreement years ago and has his own agency. He has a friend who also signed the newer State Farm Agent Agreement years ago and has a local State Farm agency. The "Friend Owner" wants to retire without giving up his agency. I am being transferred to "Friend Owner" who will teach me to be the office manager. I also have my P&C, Health and Life licenses. "Friend Owner" stopped selling and just writes policies if they walk in the door. I know that State Farm has production goals that need to be met. I also know that State Farm has the right to close agencies that are not selling or have absentee owners. My current boss said that State Farm does not close agencies and doesn't have the right to close agencies. I believe that he is not being honest. Does State Farm actually close underperforming agencies? Is there any proof that they do?
Lay offs
Has anybody been laid off and sent to another facility?
Moving to HPE
Need your help to make a decision on the offer..
An old timer here got the transfer letter with a role change and a decreased bonus. My manager tells me that although the percentage is lower, the funding is usually 200-300%
Has it been that good over the past years ?
Lumen Loophole: No RIF/Unemployment If you refuse ATT

HCSC employee move to Health Spring yet?
I’m wondering if any HCSC employees have moved into a role that directly supports the Health Spring business yet? I don’t mean your team is ‘getting work’ or ‘waiting for access to start working on HS stuff’. I mean, you have onboarded into a role that is directly supporting Health Spring now. Since many of their people have quit and transitioned employees can’t apply for anything for 1 year, I figure HCSC employees are moving into the roles. What is the process like since the systems aren’t integrated yet? Anything odd come up that you didn’t expect?
SD out of Optum Tech and moves into Optum Insight
Oddly enough, I didn't get an email about the role transition.
CS TO LEAD xfn offense
Super excited to report that CS will lead the cross functional offense.
APLA will cease operations shortly and be folded into other geos. Those with APLA jobs now will NOT be laid off they will be transferred to other geos. Cheers all
More coming?
Any rumors about Division or District layoffs circulating? Catching word that they put a temporary hold on ASL transfers.
If you have the chance, transfer to FED.
Seriously.
Regardless of department you are in, find a way into the fed space and your life will be so much easier and you 100% are significantly less likely to be laid off.
Sales? It's a smaller team/group and the bulk of your money is made during FBS - which su-ks because you work longer and sporatic hours for a month.5 - but you have almost a guarenteed career long client as they are only Government agencies.
Tech support? Find a way into FIRST. Federal Incident Response Team. It's INTERNAL FED tech support to JUST fed employees and you can't be offshored like corp tech support can and there is no outside tech support bs. You ONLY deal with federal DELL employees.
IT? - It's a smaller environment, less complex, far fewer switches/routers/firewalls/etc... A much simpler IT environment through and through.
Managers - I mean, having been one in the past; I'd far prefer to manage 10 people versus 20? Considering every team in FED is quite small, anyways.
FED brings in a LOT of money to Dell considering the department size. We are valuable and not a single person can be offshored and 99% can't even be outsourced. Dell doesn't touch FED with layoffs 99% of the time as we are so small and, we are the last resort/option.
YES, people can and do get laid off in FED but it's far far FAR less likely than in literally any department on the corporate side.
Plus, you get a cool red badge!
When will fifth third come to the Northeast?
