I and 3 others (all VSP) in my department have been given no direction on where to transition our work to. None of our work can be offshored. Are we alone?

The company has me in a state of mind where being laid off seems preferable to staying here. Just imagine how bad things are if somebody who's been here for over a decade is thinking that way.

Do any PL have a proposed org chart or general outline of the movement of resources? What is the overarching goal (besides save money) from an efficiency standpoint?

A friend got laid off and is getting severance package, almost the same as my VSP. She also gets to file for unemployment, but VSP people don’t? I’m confused. Anyone have info on this?

The thought that those PL/ managers/ directors whatever title that had to complete notifications. I can hear their boss praising them with a GOOD JOB!! Makes me cringe!

Got word yesterday that enough people took the vsp so we were all safe……for now. Any idea if Centene will do another round of layoffs after today? Im surprised our roles weren’t outsourced to illiterate overseas cheap a** laborers

No more layoffs for at least a while?

Does anyone know how hard PHCO L&D was hit? I've heard a lot of VSPs were accepted and a manager was RIFd.

Anyone been having issues with their FMLA being approved. I had time from 2 weeks ago pending and now my supervisor is saying i have attendance points.
